Generation Roofing Company

I am a physician. I have a large house, a shed, and a cottage. In 2018 Generation Roofing (GR) did an excellent professional job on my roofs. Unlike other companies who often put new shingles over old, GR removed the old shingles in order to check the lumber beneath and replaced the lumber that needed it. I also have an area that could not have regular roofing because of its configuration, and after GR alerted me to this, we decided to use copper, which was installed properly. GR did not cut corners or rush through their work in order to move on to the next job and hope for the best but, rather, they took the necessary time. They took pride in their work but still were reasonably priced. They wanted the customer to be satisfied. My roof is holding up very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them and told them so. There are many roofers and quality varies. Some will cut corners and bid low in order to get the job. I recommend that consumers do due diligence and choose a quality roofer in order to avoid leaks and other problems. Caveat Emptor!

My wife and I were very please with the work Generation Roofing did at our house. We were building a new porch and our prior contractors disappeared with the porch half completed and what was completed needing a number of repairs. GRC came in and completed the work very quickly for a very reasonable price. Moreover, every person I contacted was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond--with real responses--by phone or email.

I've used them on prior occasions for roof repairs and didn't realize they had expanded to other areas as well. I very much recommend them.

Danny and his team did an amazing job replacing the roof on my townhouse. Danny was extremely helpful with my hoa and my insurance company. His team did a great job with the roof- from start to finish including the cleanup and removal of an old satellite dish.

Generation Roofing Company redid our entire roof! The house we purchase had an old shake roof and our insurance required it to be replaced and we were on the clock for how long we had to get it done! Generation Roofing Company was timely, the crew was awesome, and it was done to perfection! Cannot recommend them enough!

They did an excellent job replacing my flat roof with a pitched, metal roof.

They are now starting to replace my wooden siding with Hardie cement siding.

Generation Roofing provided an estimate to replace my sunroom roof along with the skylights. While it took some time before I could have the work done, when I informed them that I was ready to go, they honored the original estimate, ordered the skylights and showed up on time to do the work. They identified an additional problem once they began the work and managed that process professionally. Once the work was completed all the furniture was replaced and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. They also provided before and after photos to document their work.

We talked with five (5) roofing companies and received proposals from each one. The site foreman with GRC was the representative who came to our property, took an extended period of time to look at the roof and then talk specifics with us, and then visited the property every day for a review of the work, which sometimes was a good part of a day. They used a quality crew, which was very thorough in their work. For a roofing job, the "devil is in the details." The workers on our roof were experienced with contending with all of the details of our job. They will be installing the roof on my other house in this area.

Very happy with Generation Roofing. I spoke with a few roofing companies and mulled over getting started for a while before finally pulling the trigger. Once I finally signed on with Generation, they made the process very painless. They started right away, finished within a few days and my house was livable the entire time. Still happy that I chose them.

We had a leak in the metal roofing over our porch. I was hesitant to get it fixed because I was worried the new metal wouldn’t match the existing color. I was assured that the new parts would be made to blend well with what was already there. When they came out to fix the problem the were very quick and cleaned up all scraps and debris. No damage to shrubs or plants. Leak was fixed and it looks great! Very high quality work I would definitely use them again.

They are wonderful whether you are doing an entire new roof or just patching a few minor places. Also did a wonderful job on some of my siding. I've recommended them to multiple people. Will continue recommending them.

We’ve had great experiences with Generation Roofing! We manage both residential and commercial properties- for a commercial property they built a beautiful outdoor space for the tenants to enjoy, leveling out the space and putting in a patio. They have completed several projects on the residential end replacing rotting wood terraces, leveling gutters to function properly and fixing a ceiling leak in a basement and making it look new! Would definitely recommend for small and large projects alike!
