I was not in a rush but still wasted a lot of time trying to work with this contractor.

Eric partnered with Kevin Day Home Improvements to build me an attached two bay garage with room above for future apartment and mud room. They were handed nothing more than rough layman sketches and a photo of a similar setup. They had to figure out the heights, transitions, stairs, and blend to the existing house. Eric always showed up on time and exceeded expectations in delivery. He was a very good communicator throughout the project. The final product is outstanding and looks like it was always there. We get so many compliments. I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Eric Gallagher.
Note: I will be leaving a similar review under Kevin Day Home Improvements.
You would be fortunate to get either one of these guys for your project.

Communication was very poor. Contact was good up until quote submitted, but once it was time to schedule work Eric would not return texts, emails or phone calls and would not provide a rough estimate as to when he could start . Finally gave up and found another contractor after the last "I can start in two weeks but I'll call you in a week to confirm" with no call after another week. I was not in a rush but still wasted a lot of time trying to work with this contractor.
