I own a SummerSpace awning that was missing a remote. I had paid good money to our local dealer who went out of business before delivering remote.
I called Futureguard, and spoke to Keith in customer service. He accommodated us by replacing and setting up remote. I am grateful, and thank Futureguard for being proactive towards customers. Thanks.

Organized, clean, well lit, and full of great people who take a lot of pride in what they do everyday. For a factory this establishment holds the gold standard for the way things should be done. Phenomenal tooling and machinery paired with trained professionals exceed production demands while maintaining the level of excellence Future Guard is known for.
