Many reviewers appreciate the attention to detail and the dedication of the team throughout various projects, including renovations and new constructions. While the majority of experiences seem satisfactory, the few severe complaints about driver behavior and project delays indicate a need for improved service consistency.
- Their attention to detail from the start of the project to the end never wavered.
- Communication was excellent and team members were very professional.
- The staff were all very helpful to explain options and to answer all of my questions.
- F&S provided a quality product complete with professional, skilled and friendly personnel.
- They started when they said and managed to make things work in a home with uneven floors and not squared rooms!
- Good work, poor communication.
- I wasn't contacted with either an apology or explanation.
- If this is how the employees act while driving a company vehicle, I don’t want to know what level of work they consider acceptable.
- Our bathroom is still not complete after a contract stated 15 weekdays.
- Their van in the left lane decided to throw a couple of Coke bottles out the window.

My wife and I are BIG fans of F&S! They totally exceeded our expectations and built a fine-looking garage with office space below. Thier attention to detail from the start of the project to the end never wavered. Jason and Mitch helped us pick the best location on our property for the project. Mitch and his crew of Eli, Aaron and Nehemiah are hardworking and take pride in what they do. We recommend you consider F&S for your build or remodel. You won't be disappointed!

Note--the following was posted after a 5-day wait for a response to my inquiry about a bill. The bill was adjusted, but we weren't contacted with either an apology or explanation. Good work, poor communication. ((Very disappointed. 4 years ago, they built a screened-in porch for us. Quality job, except for the screen door, which was poor quality. Now--a squirrel tore a hole in the screen. I called to arrange a repair. No response for over a week, so I called again. I was assured someone would call back. Several weeks later, I got a call to come do the repair. I wasn't available just then, so they called back in a few days saying they could come almost immediately. The repair crew was unable to quote a price, but didn't expect it to be high. The repair took between 30-45 minutes at most. We were billed for THREE hours. I called to question it; I was told that they charged for transit time AND time to pick up materials. They already had the screen when they called, and their facility is less than 1/2 hour from us. I was told that "Jesse" would review the charge and call me back. Four days later, he has not called. They were happy to have our business originally, and did a good job, but follow-up service has been very disappointing.)) Rating was changed from 1 star to 4 after the adjustment.

Did not use but based on how their driver acted following me down the road this morning, I have been left with a very bad impression. Riding my bumper, cutting me off, weaving in and out of traffic recklessly, speeding…
If this is how the employees act while driving a company vehicle KNOWING they are representing their workplace, I don’t want to know what level of work they consider acceptable.
Get your drivers under control and let them know their actions behind the wheel translates into business or lack thereof for you.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
