Done with this clown dealership. Two hours for an oil change. 3 phone messages unanswered, Including one each to the owner and service manager. Five years ago I would have rated the service excellent, but have to tell them now not to mess with the air pressure in my tires because they are incapable of getting even that right.

This was my first time buying a brand new car and I decided on Fredericktown Chevrolet since my parents have always bought their vehicles from them. I worked with Andy Tupps and ended up finding the perfect 2026 Trailblazer. Andy made it so easy to figure out my trade-in value and helped through every step of the way. I could not ask for a better dealer to buy a car from.

Alexis B got me a great deal and a sharp truck. If interested in next vehicle definitely ask for her. 10/10

The sales went fairly well. I feel both got what was needed. Alexis was easy to work with and was very accommodating. The damage to the door was the only hassle but we agreed to a settlement. Even though it is an hour away I might entertain doing business in the future.

Its been a long time since I purchased a new truck. We searched nationwide for the one we wanted. Buying out of state is nothing new to us. We have purchased vehicles from Idaho, south carolina, chicago, and north carolina to name a few states. Most dealers wanted to add one or more dealer packages to the price. If a dealer did this we would simply pass on the purchase. Other dealers would not give me an out the door price or simply wouldn't answer any price questions. Then we came across Fredy Chevy and everything was done up front and straight forward. Most of the details was completed over text messages and emails. They didn't add and frivolous packages to the price. They were honest and respectful. If we are every in the need for another vehicle we would drive back to this dealership and forego our local dealers. The honesty and respect was well worth the 3.5 hour drive from West Virginia. Other dealers could learn about customer service from the people at Fredy chevy.

Things improved in the service department today Ryan and Austin have always been the best since day one! The techs seem to be getting on the right track again must have been a temporary hiccup! But the sales department still lacks in many ways! Thank you for being awesome Austin and Ryan!

We have never ever encountered such an amazing customer service based dealership in our life! Austin, Ryan and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing! They’re kind, helpful and really give you the true experience that the world is missing out on when it comes to customer service not only customer service, but the quality of repairs are excellent. My experience at Fredricktown Chevrolet started off great, thanks to Jennifer and Caleb, who were both helpful, responsive, and professional. I was in the process of purchasing a new Chevy Silverado EV, and everything was essentially finalized and ready for pickup.

Unfortunately, everything took a sharp turn once the General Manager, Cody, got involved. During a phone conversation, he spoke down to me in a way that wasn’t just poor customer service—it was outright insulting. His arrogant attitude and questionable business practices completely soured the experience. It was enough for me to walk away from the deal and take my business elsewhere.

What’s even more telling? The dealership I ultimately purchased from was already well aware of Cody’s behavior. That says a lot when surrounding dealerships are familiar with your reputation—and not in a good way.

It’s a shame it came to this, especially when Fredricktown Chevrolet has had those Silverado EVs sitting unsold for over six months. Treating serious buyers with disrespect is a bold move when you can’t even move inventory.

I truly feel for the team working under Cody. If this is how he treats customers, I can only hope his employees aren’t subject to the same attitude. Huge thanks again to Jennifer and Caleb—they were the only bright spot in this whole experience.

Very friendly and welcoming dealership. Would recommend very highly to anyone to check out Fredy Chevy. We drove from Grove City to purchase a 2024 Equinox EV. Its definitely worth driving here bypassing a large number of dealerships in the Columbus metro area to get here and when I'm looking to purchase another vehicle Freddy Chevy will be first on my list. Absolutely no games or high pressure sales tactics like I have had to deal with in the past from other dealerships . Our sales person Alanna, the sales Manager Art and Finance Director Robin were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Again absolutely no pressure here from anyone. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and with the vehicle that I purchased. So if you are in the market for a Chevy stop by and see Alanna!

I first want to start this review by stating I have been able to purchase several vehicles over the last 3 years. I have dealt with many different dealers, some good and some bad. I have been approved for many vehicles, and I also have been denied at times. The people at Fredy Chevy worked with me every step of the way, they made me feel special. From my first interaction with Alexis, she made me feel like she really cared and wanted to get me into the truck of my dreams. Then as it is very customary in the car buying experience, I had the opportunity to speak with the sales manager Art, and I have got to say, he brought the experience up another notch by sending me a video personally tailored to me for the truck I was looking for. And lastly, I interacted with the finance team, who again did everything they could to ensure I was qualified, and my price was something I was comfortable. The end result was something I will tell my friends and family for years to come. Something I need to highlight THIS DEALERSHIP IS OVER AN HOUR AWAY! I will be making the drive to this team as long as Chevy continues to make great vehicles. If you want to deal with a no-nonsense team that will put you first, please I am begging you to give Fredy Chevy a chance. I am not sure if it’s because they are a little more remote in their location or they truly believe in treating the customer right, whatever the reason it was an absolute homerun of an experience. Easy transaction with purchasing our vehicle with Jason. The 30 day point inspection is a great thing that puts them ahead & different for other dealerships. Ryan in service is very knowledgeable & professional in his position with the company. They all work together as a team !

My salesperson, Alexis was awesome to deal with. She was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. It was a really painless experience and probably the best dealership experience I have ever gone through.

Robin from finance was able to walk me through all of the documentation and explain things in an easy to understand manner. It was unlike any place I have dealt with where they just expect you to sign everything even if you don't understand it.

Overall a great experience and a great place to buy a car.

Had an appointment to look at a truck. It was a 2 1/2 hr drive to get there. They told me that they would bring it up by the building so it was there when I got there. When I arrived, they said another sales person just sold it before I was able to get there. This wasn't a do you have it, I might stop by. This was, I am in my truck heading that way. I even sent info so they could have my credit check done before I got there. What an unorganized mess of a dealership.

Mike at Fredericktown Chevrolet was extremely easy to work with. I bought a new Trax that was in transit. I put $100 deposit down so it would be mine was it hit the lot. The whole process was extremely easy and we did. Most of it through text and email. I had all the paperwork together once it was ready for pick up. Signed on the dotted line and was back home with my new car in less then 3 hrs. I used my points from the new car to purchase floor liners and will go in tomorrow and pick those up. The car is amazing and if we happen to need another vehicle soon I will be back again. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for a Chevy.

Absolute best experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. Alexis the salesperson was gold. Robin the finance manager was straightforward and extremely organized. Flying from Missouri to Ohio made things a bit challenging as the vehicle was essentially bought site unseen. I will definitely return for my next purchase.

It's a great place to get my car serviced. They have friendly customer service and quick turnaround of my oil changes and tire rotations.

I had my truck serviced there and they really went the extra mile for me. I won’t get into the particulars, but they exceeded my expectation which is hard to do. Then a small problem presented itself, and I was unable to move the truck a few days later. They sent a tow truck out to get it and fix it at no charge. not only did I not have to raise my voice, I didn’t even have to ask. I’ve seen enough of the world to know that doing the right thing can sometimes be rare in today’s world. They did the right thing. That means the world to me.

I had body work done on my car after an accident. It took a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait. My car looks brand new. Everything is perfect. Thank you Scott and Eddie.

Caleb was so knowledgeable and helpful about the truck while test driving it. Michael was kind and organized in helping the paperwork. Robin works like a champ, she knew all the answers when I had a question. We actually came back to this location because Austin in still in the service department. He is a great employee, hope you realize that.

Called last week about a vehicle I was interested in but was unable to come in right away due to work and I let them know I would be available in a couple days to come in. Was told by the sales lady that she would contact me if someone was interested before I could come in to purchase. Showed up a couple days later like I told them and the vehicle was sold from underneath me. Will no longer purchase new vehicles from them or use their service department. Highly recommend finding a larger dealer that isn't hurting for sales.

The staff here helped me so much with the process. Scott went the extra mile to secure a loaner car for me, while my vehicle was being repaired. They kept me informed. My car looked fantastic when it was completed. I never take my car anywhere else because I trust all of the staff with doing what is right and doing what needs done to fix it properly. This is the best place to go for body work and collision repair. I trust no one else but Freddy Chevy.

I recently bought a car from Fredericktown Chevy and I was scheduled for a 30 day pit stop. I went in and was taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone was nice and informative. I’m glad I chose them to buy a car from.

I wrecked my Toyota on New Year’s Eve and Frederickstown Chevrolet was the only one in the area that my insurance went through. I’m I’m really glad it was them. They originally quoted eight weeks and only went over by a week. Scott kept me updated every week on how it was going. When I told them I was paying out-of-pocket for a rental car towards the end, it seemed like they got the work done quicker than expected. The work done was outstanding. You can’t tell I wrecked the car and it runs great. All parts come with a lifetime guarantee which I really like. Highly recommend.

I was in for an oil change and asked for my brakes to be checked. They said they were fine but 2 weeks later there was a terrible noise. I had to have the back brakes done. They always do a good job but it was not cheap. I wish I'd had a coupon for a bit of a discount on this one. It would be nice if those could show up when you come in to have a service done. They do a good job.

Everyone is always very friendly and professional. If I have any questions I get answers and everyone is wonderful and helpful!

Caleb Carter was very nice and helpful during our visit to lease the Chevy Trax , he is always great to us from start to finish, Robin Potts is super nice too she always helps us choose the best warranty for our needs, everyone at Fredericktown Chevrolet is always smiling and friendly. We always go there and recommend them to everyone we know.

The service representative arranged my appointment quickly. The technicians identified the problem and completed the work without delay. Thanks to the lady in the financial office who recommended the extended warranty.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Austin was the person who greeted me upon my arrival. He is always friendly.

I was treated poorly at a previous dealership ie- I had a lifetime powertrain warranty from a vehicle I bought out of state and the other dealership told me automatically my service needed was not covered and did not bother to call about my warranty and wanted to charge me $2600 for the work it needed. I decided to go to Fredericktown chevrolet instead in which I talked to Austin and he immediately told me it was no problem they would reach out to the warranty company and it would be covered. They did a great job keeping me updated on what was going on and worked with the warranty company to get everything fixed and approved. Staff was very nice,knowledgeable,and helpful. I definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future.
