Customer unprofessional. They always ask if you want a receipt and make it optional. They never give a reciept. If it's store policy not to return without a receipt, They need to let customers know. A credit card receipt will not work either. Don't make the receipt optional!! Give the receipt and let customers know without a receipt no returns!!

I came in around lunch today with a health issue. I am Type 1 Diabetic with blood glucose sensor attached to my arm that gives me realtime glucose level readouts every minute and relays them to my phone and will alert me when my sugar starts dropping to a dangerous level. Unfortunately, I left my phone at home so could not get the low glucose alert. I didn't even realize I had left it at home. I was feeling confused and off balance when I walked in and knew I needed help. I walked over to a cashier and asked if I could buy a sugar pop and drink it right there and wait until I got back into normal glucose range before shopping. I don't think I was real clear cause I was having trouble getting words out. She somehow immediately knew what I needed. She got me a pop and gave me some pez candy from her purse. She even paid for the pop with her own debit card before I could even begin to think about paying. HANNAH was her name. thank you so much! I was probably not far away from being on the floor. She is such a kind person and I bet a great person to have on your team! Thank you so much Hannah!

Yesterday I had to meet a customer of ours from here at Car-Mart to make a key for her vehicle. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Shelby! She went above and beyond in this 100°+ heat to program our customers new key and had a smile on her face the whole time she was doing it! Thank you, Shelby, for making a not so great situation into an awesome experience! You rock girl, and you deserve a raise!
