I've struggled with keeping my house cool for years. 2 years ago, I replaced the AC and still struggled on days over 85 or 90 degrees in an 1100 sqf brick rancher. Four Seasons came and gave me a quote. They finished at 11am today, the feels like temp outside is 108 this afternoon. So happy it's cool in my house, thank you Four Seasons Insulation!

Called Four Seasons Insulation for an estimate on blowing extra insulation into attic... Tim showed up on time for the estimate, his crew showed up on time to do the job and cleaned up after they were done. GREAT price and a job well done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an insulation job...FIRST CLASS

We vetted three companies for our attic insulation replacement project. Four Seasons Insulation conducted the most thorough initial inspection and provided the best overall solution and cost. The work was meticulous, professional and completed as scheduled.

These guys came out and repaired my crawlspace, took out all the old stuff, replaced the plastic, rehung insulation that was good, replaced bad insulation, added new insulation. They were ONTIME and very professional, would HIGHLY recommend - Price was also very reasonable and I was quoted 3 options for getting the work done.

Used them for an attic insulation upgrade and replacement attic hatch. The price for L77 was barely above the cost for insulation from Home Depot or Lowe's. Workers arrived late but finished on time. Nice job

I got a second quote from Four Seasons Insulation for some crawl space work. I needed new insulation in the crawl space, the crawl space cleaned out and sealed. The quote I got was considerably lower than the quote I got from Mares Extermination.

The workers came in and worked under my house for four days to complete the work. The looked like coal miners when they emerged from the crawl space. When they completed the job, I crawled under the house a short distance and checked around. Very professional job, it looks great. I had the existing insulation (R19) which was falling down and had been installed incorrectly replaced with R30 insulation and I can already tell the difference. The workers were courteous and the owner Timothy Moore was easy to work with and obviously wanted to make me happy.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
