This review is long overdue and very well-deserved. Outstanding work by Fortin Construction to build my forever home for me. I could not be happier with the final product and the outstanding service and professionalism I have received from initial contact through the present 4+ years after completion. Major kudos and props to Cherie and Chris for the design assistance, Jake getting it built, and Bub for the best most fantastic customer service you could ask for. If ever I were to build another house, this is the all-star team I'd want. ***** 5-stars isn't enough *****

I hired Fortin to replace the roof on my house - a 4900 sq ft roof. They explicitly told me that they would NOT reinstall the DirecTV dish and I told Josh that was good because it shouldn't go back on. When they were done I was shocked to see the stalk and dish had both been remounted. When the first rains came water was leaking into the garage. They never caulked or sealed the holes when they put the dish they said they wouldn't put up on the roof. I called and was told that they would come and remove it and seal the holes. A few days later I found the dish and stalk had been tossed down the hill and into a ravine on the property. Fortin offered no apology for littering on the property or putting unnecessary holes in a $30k new roof. It was a terrible interaction and they were awful.

If I could leave more than five stars, I absolutely would. After a bad experience with another builder, I contacted Mark via email explaining what my wife and I were looking to build. He responded the next day and was upfront about the waiting list they currently had. We scheduled a meeting the following week. During that meeting, we designed a beautiful home and worked with Mark to adjust the floorplan, so we stayed within budget. It was a seamless, stress-free meeting and we left so excited and so impressed. We then met with Chris to finalize the floor plan and materials and he was amazing to work with. Likewise, Cherie was so nice and tried to keep us in budget while letting us make the flooring and cabinet selections we wanted. While we ran into delays due to paint shortages, Jake kept us in the loop throughout the building process and did a great job. We are finally in our home, and it is unbelievably beautiful. Everyone who walks inside comments about how beautiful the home is and everyone who worked on it clearly has pride in their work.

Fortin Construction offers everything you need to build a new home in one stop. Budget and schedule were spot on. All materials used are name brand quality. Dedicated service guy for one year after completion is a very nice touch. Best of all Fortin was able to locate/position my home providing a bone-dry basement in an area which makes that almost impossible. Would highly recommend. Well done!!

We hired Fortin to build our home, and we have no regrets! We heard about them via word of mouth from friends who also built with Fortin. After our initial meeting with Mark Fortin, and the walk through of their show room, we decided that they would best suit our needs! Mark was always very responsive with any questions or concerns we had and got the job done in a timely manner! We love our beautiful home!

We built a house through Fortin construction. From start to finish the process was great- as stress free as building a house could be. Every detail was taken care of and we were kept in the loop during every step of the process. We have recommended Fortin to multiple friends who are interested in building.

They do nice work and care about their customers. Carpenters are very knowledgeable and help out the customers with all thier questions

Simply the best, highest quality, custom home builder around. A great process with great people and service after the sale. Highly recommend to anyone looking for builder or remodeler.

Cheap materials, electrical is always bugging out.. Within two years of home purchase we got a burst pipe.... plumber said that it had been burst prior to me purchasing the house and that it had a "quick fix". But honestly the biggest letdown is the materials. I wouldn't recommend someone to purchase a house built by this company.
