Bought 20x30 shop package, contractor & crew arrive to build, but no specs.
Call Doug, he says "specs are provided only with entire package purchase" Doug, this IS an entire package. "sales guy on vaca, wait til he gets back" Can admin get on computer? "Admin in another state" Do they have phones, Doug? "I'll see if I can get someone on the phone"
Doug eventually sent spec's for an entirely different package, so crew is struggling to IMAGINE our build. Doug is doing a bang up job at Fortify Reed, he deserves a promotion to "head idiot in charge." We are building 3 shops and after this side show we will be purchasing next two with anyone other than FORTIFY REED.
