Formula Construction is a very professional company. Friendly and dependable. The owner was helpful and stayed in communication about the project. He is very talented and they do amazing work. They clean up the project as they go and worked well with us. I would highly recommend this company for a well built home.

When my wife and I needed a local contractor not only willing but capable of building a passive home we turned to Formula construction. Attention to detail and labor intensive to seal the house properly are requirements for such a build and Clint at Formula construction knocked it out of the park. We got to our required air leakage threshold of .65 ACH @50pa. It was an unusual build for our community but we are happy with the result thanks to our builder. We have and would recommend Formula construction.

Have utilized Formula Construction over several years.
Formula Construction remodeled our home a few years back. Re-roofed our home as well.
Just demolished our old deck that surrounded +50% of our first floor outside as well as two smaller decks off the upstairs as well as staircase. Replaced with new foundations, framework and Trex.
Have use Formula for these big and many smaller projects including concrete work.
Very pleased with all aspects of every project, big and small.
Would recommend Formula Construction for new construction, remodel or repair with no hesitation. *****
