Formula Construction is a very professional company. Friendly and dependable. The owner was helpful and stayed in communication about the project. He is very talented and they do amazing work. They clean up the project as they go and worked well with us. I would highly recommend this company for a well built home.
When my wife and I needed a local contractor not only willing but capable of building a passive home we turned to Formula construction. Attention to detail and labor intensive to seal the house properly are requirements for such a build and Clint at Formula construction knocked it out of the park. We got to our required air leakage threshold of .65 ACH @50pa. It was an unusual build for our community but we are happy with the result thanks to our builder. We have and would recommend Formula construction.
Clint’s expertise and attention to detail was very much appreciated on my project. He went out of his way to make the project a success. Would and have recommended him.
