After hurricane Milton we called Florida’s Best Roofing to check our roof. From scheduling appt. through Brianne to the roofing inspection, we had excellent experience! Everyone was professional, kind, and the gentleman that did our inspection was very thorough, knowledgeable & explained everything very well. No pressure selling either. Highly recommend!

Recently used Florida's Best Roofing to replace our shingle roof. They were courteous, professional and communicated with us through the entire process. The guys showed up promptly each day and put in a full day to make sure our roof was dried in before it rained. They did a great job cleaning up each day and ran the magnet through the yard several times to make sure all nails were collected. Highly recommend!

Florida's Best Roofing made a stressful situation better with amazing customer service. Our home needed a new roof asap and we were working on a time crunch to get it approved by our HOA. Brianne came to our home within an hour of our phone all and we picked out the shingles and signed a contract immediately. Their price was way lower then the other 2 quotes we had received. Brie came to our home to talk about a new roof for us. We had three different roofing companies come to give us estimates. Her price was good, she was professional and super quick at responding to our email questions! She made us feel confident in her company’s abilities. Great experience with this company and new roof was installed quickly and no problems with inspection. They were able to match my HOA requirements on color and brand of the shingle. And after they were gone, the work site was clean like nothing ever happened. Not a nail or piece of material on the property. Now the roof has been through season and no problems. Looks great. I was looking them up to recommend to a friend and decided I need to acknowledge their work by review. These guys do their job well.

Roof installation was good. Developed a leak after storm several weeks ago. Called office and Chris came and inspected my roof and found the cause of the leak and told me it was fixed. He suggested in leaving that I could paint it myself…(guest bedroom had water spots on ceiling and vertical wall adjacent. I called office and spoke to Brie and Becky (spelling?). Over 15 times with promises that someone would come out and paint the bedroom. I requested to talk to owner, no luck! Be very aware customer service is lacking. Bye the way they got several referrals from me initially but that will STOP!!! To date only promises….disappointed customer. Hurricane season approaching…

We had 5 different companies in the area give us quotes, and they were hands down the best price so we scheduled a date to get our new roof. They were on time and professional.

Their customer service is also top notch. For example; after the roof installation we had a couple minor concerns and they were addressed in a timely manner and corrected to perfection.

Horrific , unprofessional and messy . Damaged many items , broke leg on heavy table (visible footprint). Made many efforts to speak to owners . More than ignored , they came back and left a bigger . Do yourself a favor , move on and use a qualified professional roofing company .

This company was recommended to us by some friends. We have no regrets. What we thought it would be a weeks worth of work on our roof, but it only took them one day to install the entire roof. We know this may be an exception, considering how hard it is to find good laborers, but still they did an awesome job. Office staff were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend them.

We have nothing but praise for the crew who installed our new roof. They were quick and efficient both days. One day it started raining while they were up on top of the house. I don't know how they got that giant blue tarp on the up there so quickly!. After each day's work was done, the crew walked all round the house with magnetic rakes picking up any nails. I think when it was all over we found two. And our new roof looks great!

Florida' Best Roofing Inc provided a complete experience from the estimate, made and given in person, and not by a satellite, through the prompt arrival, timely installation and thorough clean up. The crew definitely went the extra mile, coming right back the very same day with a missing piece of ridge vent. The price quoted was the price paid.

I have used Florida's Best Roofing for my personal residence, as well as several of my rental properties. Their prices are competitive, and the quality of their work is outstanding. The office personnel (especially Bri) provide excellent customer service. On all projects, they kept me apprised of the schedule, and provided frequent updates.

This was the second time we used them(different house). The first time someone came to our house to do permit paper work, this time we had to go from Ormond to Bunnell. The installation crew did a great job, BUT THE SHINGLES ARE THE WRONG COLOR. Maybe as they've grown, they pay less attention to details.

I am very satisfied in more ways than i ever imagined from yuriy leting us know that his brother Paul will help us get most the roof covered by insurance because of the damage done by the storm to Paul helping us each step of the way dealing with our insurance company to the office helping us pick the perfect colored shingles to match our house, to the amazing crew that worked very hard to habe our roof done on time before family came.and with all the money we saved we even got seamless gutter around the whole house. Florida's best roofing is a reputable roofing contractor that provides great service and reasonable prices. I was very happy with the speed and quality of their work .

Florida's Best Roofing gave me a very fair bid for a roof and gutters.
The roofing team worked in extreme heat, continued to clean up as they worked so my yard & driveway were never messy and they did a great job finding stray nails before they left. No music blasting or loud conversation! They worked hard all day, finished completely & left at 7pm.
The gutter team came the next day and was equally efficient & professional.
They were gone in 3 hours!

Still waiting after 3 weeks for an est. In writing... No one returns calls... Are they still in business?? Now they finally showed up and took photos, while Im not at home.. I expected an appointment for a showing.. What professipnals... Est came in 8x anyone else.. Guess they just don't want the work.
