Apparently a james crosby did my roof for the previous owner. Licensing shows up under this address. Multiple soft spots in roof. Multiple shingles lifting. Multiple leaks had to be repaired due to missed nails. As a first time homeowner this sucks. Previous owner did not leave me any info for warranty or anything related to job mess ups. So I would assume they do not correct faulty work. Replaced in 2019 and looking at needing a new roof in 1-2 years if insurance demands due to poor quality.. Shouldn't have to on a less than 10 year old roof.
