As an investor I rely heavily on the inspection. The format of James' reports was very helpful. Instead of a static pdf report, James provided narrated video on the sections that required explanation and every photo could be enlarged for better inspection of the issue. Very well done! James looked it over from top to bottom. He was very thorough with everything. He took the time to explain every aspect. He is the definition of a true professional. His report was top notch. Thank God I used "Floor to Ceiling Real Estate Inspections." I Found what I thought was the perfect house. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car attached garage home on a corner lot. Huge yard and only $70,000. ... After the home inspection, I learned why it was so inexpensive. The cost to repair all the issues found by Floor to Ceiling Real Estate Inspections, cost more to fix than the selling price
