Really appreciated my service with Fix it Frankie! Brian my Technician was incredibly kind, professional and got me the best price on moving my AC unit temporarily so I could get my pool dug out in the back yard. Thank you for the great experience.

Called yesterday to see if they could come out to take a look at my air conditioner, but not one single person called me back despite promises from Ethel their AI that someone would . Called again this morning to try again and you cannot get a live person on the phone and after yesterday‘s experience, I seriously doubt that I will be reaching back out to this company again

Easily one of the most professional and knowledgeable contractors I've ever worked with or hired. These guys took the time to understand a unique situation, came up with an excellent approach, and performed the work in one trip at a very fair price. I will never hire anyone else to work on my system and will recommend them for family/friends.

Alex & Chris were very kind and courteous in their inspection of our ducts today! I appreciate their personable nature and attention to safety. They didn't go into our attic like we'd hoped because they didn't have personal protective equipment for any asbestos that might be up there; but that's OK. They were willing to find someone who can help us and let us know the services they could do for us in the future.

Great team and service. I was unable to move forward with either option provided to repair/replace the unit but that is my fault. The team is very professional and responsive to questions and concerns about the job.

Alex and his apprentice, Gabe, did an excellent job of checking and cleaning my rooftop HVAC. Alex answered all my questions and didn't mind that I followed him up onto the roof with more. He made sure both the AC and heating worked (using the thermostat) before departure. Additionally, my 1 hr. 20 minute service was free. It's a special offer this new company (which has been in business for 4 months) is offering to special groups: seniors; first responders; military and teachers in order to establish a client base.

Frankie saved the day!!! I was hosting a party for Halloween and my air conditioner stopped working. I made one phone call and Frankie was out within the hour and had my unit up and running before my event. Not only was the service amazing but they did not try to sell me a new unit. They gave me options to repair, and now I have time to save up for a new unit before summer of 2025. I will definitely be calling Frankie when I need to replace.

Had an issue with my AC unit. Called Fix It Frankie. The technician Chris arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the issue with my AC unit and explained it in a way I could understand. He was able to repair my AC for a fair price. Would recommend Fix It Frankie for your AC needs.

My observations on my HVAC remove and replace by the FixIt Frankie install team. Overall this was about as close to a perfect contractor experience as I have ever had.

1) They were prompt, right on time (a little early actually).
2) They were efficient. 3 folks in total. Jose, Sammy, and Jose Sr. All 3 busy all the time. No Sitting around, just busy. The complete remove and replace took just under 6 hours! This was an attic and exterior install of a residential 5 ton unit. Very typical for a single story residential system.
3) Very complete and detail oriented. Had to remove molding trim for attic access. Touched up the molding/drywall, cleaned/swept up floors etc. after the work was complete.
4) Communications - Kept us informed every step of the way. Answered all our questions, even gave me a bit of a primer on home A/C maintenance and new thermostat operation. I was home for the whole process and the other thing I noticed was how quiet and polite they were.

Like I said at the start, close to a perfect experience. I would highly recommend this team.

I tried to call every company and no one could get anybody out to me. I am a senior citizen and I have animals in my home and the only ones that could answer was fix it Frankie. Also there was no extra fee for nights or weekends or holidays. They are my new air conditioning company and I will not use anybody else.

My old unit was fixed within just a couple of hours. Alex was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I do need a new unit, but he gave me all my options, and did not pressure me to buy right now. One very hot day the air conditioning broke and it was Fix it Frankie to the rescue. Within a couple of hours of calling, Alex had come and got it working again. It was just a fix gap for the 22 year old outdated system. They arranged for a new, more efficient system to be installed. By noon the next day the crew arrived and 4 or 5 hours later there was a new efficient system installed. The crew not only rapidly responded, they were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves too. We immediately noticed fresher, cooler air in the house and from their comments about the systems efficiency expect the electrical bills to be lower mmviign forward! Thanks to Alex and the entire crew of Fix it Frankie for not leaving us sweltering in the heat. I highly recommend Fix it Frankie! Thanks guys!
