I'm a Property Manager in Carson City with lots of properties. This cleaning and maintenance duo are always my first call! They are prompt, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Jess is one of the only cleaners I've seen who actually cleans the windows in the move-out cleans which I really appreciate. She never misses a spot! I recently had her do a yard clean-up for one of my apartment buildings and the tenant's couldn't stop raving about what a great job she did. Lou handles the maintenance side, and he does quality work with a great attitude. He's quick to respond and is happy to do even the small jobs. It's important with rentals that you can trust the people you send into your tenant's homes. These two are trustworthy and careful. I recommend this company to everyone I know!
