Came out for a semi-emergency roof repair on a Sunday afternoon just before a major snow storm. Completed the work in less than an hour, and charged a very reasonable rate for the work that was done, especially considering it was a weekend.

Our new metal roof job has been completed. It looks amazing. We hired First Choice Construction LLC, owner Derek Jensen, from Concord. We chose the Charcoal Gray color and are very pleased. Derek and his crew did an awesome job. They were careful with all items around the outside of the house during work on the roof. They cleaned up the yard after. The job was completed in a little over a day. The crew was very professional, polite and did an incredible job. We would definitely work with Derek and his crew again. We would highly recommend Derek and his crew with First Choice Construction.

For home construction projects, First Choice Construction is my first choice for repair, improvement and maintenance of my house. Derek Jensen and his team are top notch, reliable, courteous, professional, and perhaps most importantly, are master craftsmen of their trade. Derek and his crew have worked on our roof, gutters and provided snow removal (ploughing the driveway and roof shoveling). For example, Derek and team identified and repaired a number of weak or damaged areas of our roof. They also installed flashing on the dormers, to strengthen the roof even more. Derek is straightforward, organized, honest and knows his business. Before he worked on our roof, he performed a thorough roof inspection, and showed me detailed photographs of its condition and need for repair. He then provided me with two options for repair, both reasonable, explaining the merits of each. I selected the option which include the dormer flashing. The work was then done in an efficient, timely manner and was solid, with follow-up, explanation and answering of any questions I had. Finally, Derek is communicative, responding to questions and concerns clearly and promptly. First Choice Construction if first and foremost in my book!
