I have had the good fortune to discover the benefits of hiring Finn Property Services now for several years. Cam Finn the owner, has a multitude of talents and skills that can service all of your maintenance needs for your home. For my home in particular he has removed algae from my roof while paying particular attention not to damage the shingles, he has refurbished my deck, and given it an appearance I have not seen since it was originally built. He is particularly skillful in washing windows that are way beyond my ability to reach. Cam can also complete any and all landscaping needs that your property may need, as he has completed some landscaping requests that I have had that I can no longer complete myself. Above all else Cam is honest, dependable, reliable, and more than competent.

Cam gave me an estimate very quickly after our early spring contact. He explained all the options for my window and screen cleaning project and gave me choices so I could stay within my budget. He scheduled the job and came when he said he would. His friendly and profession manner made him great to work with!

Call Cam! We had our dryer vents cleaned (finally!) and our gutters cleaned by Cam at our home and it was a seamless experience! He is so kind and so communicative about what he saw and found. He even suggested an inexpensive, easy option to help our downspouts not clog up! And then he took care of that for us! We are now on a set it and forget it schedule to keep up with it! He also put up Christmas lights at my office this year and they are gorgeous! He worked with me to offer different light color combinations, answered the phone around dinner time and came back to fix a timer issue next day! You cannot go wrong with Cam -- definitely call!

Finn Property Services did three jobs on the exterior of my house in Fall 2024. Highly recommend this company. Installed new gutters (removed and hauled old gutters), Eco-friendly soft washed siding, and gutter leaf cleaning. Completely satisfied with the work! I highly recommend Finn Property Services for gutter cleaning. The gutters were spotless and Cam was very fast. He also observed other things I needed to do to maintain my property. One was that my dryer vent was very full. He cleaned that too. I was so happy to cross these off my list. Most of all he was just a great guy!

In general, I have not had very good experiences with home contractors in the past. Finn Property Services changed that today. The owner, Cam, cleaned my badly clogged gutters today and I could not be more happy. His professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Finn Property Services (Cam) performs an amazing service with gutter cleaning and with making fixes (if necessary). He cares deeply about the work that he does when he comes to your house. He arrives on time and stays until the job is done. If needed, he returns to make adjustments with repairs if necessary. He is extremely personable. You will feel completely comfortable having him come to your home. I highly recommend Cam. If you're needing services, give him a shout. You will be very satisfied.

Cannot say enough good things. Cam is incredibly professional, showed up when he said he would, communicated very well, and gave a fair quote that ended up being almost exactly what the total was. He cleaned and repaired my gutters, including completely reworking a downspout connection that had clogged and frankly looked horrible before. It looks great now. I found Finn Property Services by googling and looking for a local company in Maine to clean my gutters. I sent a request through the website and got an almost immediate response. Cam Finn came out the next week as he promised and cleaned my gutters on the spot. He’s very personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about gutter systems. He has a ten point system for checking everything out. He also has a system where he can put you on regular maintenance so your gutters don’t end up looking like mine did! Very reasonable pricing. You can’t go wrong with this service.

Cam is awesome. Not only did he removed the forest from my rain gutters, he applied moss remover on several areas of my roofs. Cam also delimbed branches that were hanging over and touching my house roof. Cam went above and beyond. Not only did he leave my deck spotless, he sorted the branches to be removed from premises at a later date and branches to be cut for wood burning. AND rolled up my hose reel after use which is always a struggle for me. I HIGHLY recommend Cam for any service you require. He is very personable, thorough, professional, and prompt. And you will not be disappointed with Finn Property Services and pricing. Very reasonable. Cam is our go to guy for all our projects.

Cam Finn did a really fine job of removing moss from our barn and house roof, and treating the surfaces to prevent regrowth.

Cam is the man! I met him in my restaurant while he was waiting for his take-out order. He asked if we had a community bulletin board so he could hang up some business cards and that itself showed me he was a hustler and hungry for biz. We had a pleasant chat about what he did for work and by the time his food was ready I had given him my home address for an estimate. The estimate arrived the next morning via email and shortly after I approved it I was on the schedule, by the end of the week my gutters were clean! I was provided before and after pictures to show me the results and I could tell that Cam takes pride in his work. The entire experience was pleasant and professional and I look forward to Cam helping me in the future. I've already referred him to a good friend that was looking for exterior services. We cannot recommend Cam and his Finn Property Services company highly enough. I’ve had so much trouble in the past even getting a call back from service providers. But Cam picks up the phone every time. He was highly responsive, quick to get us scheduled, and explained our options and his recommendations clearly and without any “hard sell.” The place looks great now and we are absolutely using Cam going forward. Even invoicing and scheduling is smooth and easy, as he has it well automated and organized. Highly recommended!

Cam came today to wash our windows! They have never looked better!!! In the great room the windows are old, six over six panes with old glass. He scraped all the crud off, squared them off and washed them to perfection! I can’t be happier!!! Plus the sweetest thing he did was to bring his 7 year old son as a helper! His son was very confident and had wonderful manners! He too worked very hard with a short break for lunch! I highly recommend Cam for anything you might need that he specializes in! You won’t regret it!!!
