and friendly. When done, the crew cleaned up and hauled away debris. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Highly professional company that provides excellent roof replacement & repairs. My roof was damaged by hail. Final Touch replaced the roof according to the budgeted contract and in a timely manner. The roofing crew fully covered and protected the exposed roof when rain occurred during the replacement work. After work, a manager inspected the roof and made sure that the crew completely cleaned up the premises. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Final Touch Roofing Company should you need a new roof.

Final touch was exceptional in making sure all my needs were met with my repair. They were on time and even able to fit me in during the holidays when a bad storm hit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Could not recommend them enough!

Ty, was the company's representative that handled our roofing problem. He was extremely professional and went out of his way , literally, by driving to Little Rock the day of our job to insure the shingle-match for our roofing repair. The company support staff and administrative gals, were super helpful and polite. All members of this team show a real concern for the customer's needs and follow up on every promise and task.

Because of this great experience, they were the first people we called when we had a rental property with storm damage to the roof. Again, Ty showed up and took care of us quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable! We are so grateful for your quality work and outstanding customer service that we we want to shout it from the rooftops! LOL

I highly recommend this company. Customer service is exceptional. Quality of workers, office staff, and follow-up is excellent. Final close out of project from final inspection and associated paperwork is very timely.

Not impressed at all. The young man _ _ _ _ came to our home to give us a "FREE DETAILED ROOFING ESTIMATE" , per the company's website. He got on the roof for quite a while and when he came back down he said, "You should have no problem at all getting your insurance to pay for a new roof and most of the gutters,if not all". "You have serious hail damage all over your roof". We told him we're not surprised considering the leaks we found inside the house. He said" let me know what your insurance adjuster says" and starts kinda walking off to leave. I said,well I want to know what you have to say with our estimate. (that's what he came by for) He said, "I don't really know,hard to say". "Have to see what your adjuster says". After hee hawing around the subject he said "I don't really like to say,but,probably around 7,000-$9,000". Probably? Doesn't like to say? Didn't he come here to give an estimate,in writing? He left. No written estimate was left with us. Insurance adjuster came and went 2 days later. Smoothe as melted butter. Adjuster said, You'll get a new roof,as this one has substantial damage AND new gutters". Well, _ _ _ _ with Final Touch calls later and says "going to deer woods & won't be back for 4 or 5 days". After his hunting expedition he texted us and asked us what insurance would fix and how much the check would be. I kindly informed him that the insurance check amount had nothing to do with the amount (estimate) that he didn't leave with us. Now my B.S. detector is going off. He wanted to see the insurance adjusters estimate BEFORE he would give us an estimate from him and Final Touch. Well,It just doesn't work that way and I kindly let him know and pretty much that I was ON to him. I wasn't going to give him a chance to "Pad" our estimate and try to "eat up" the whole check. I asked him again to bring or mail us the estimate and a copy of the warranty because their website says the warranty is 5 year labor warranty,but when he was here he said it's been changed to a 3 year now. What he didn't know is we WERE NOT NECESSARILY GOING WITH THE LOWEST ESTIMATE. We were looking for VALUE. VALUE and PRICE are very different things and when getting a new roof there's many things to consider, ie., warranty,quality of materials,reputation,attitude,value,etc. He also didn't know that we didn't have to wait for an insurance check before we got a new roof.If we would have been treated right and got the estimate in writing that he came here to give and thought it was a fair price & value,we would have paid Final Touch with our own personal check and get reimbursed later from the insurance company. The company says: Free detailed roofing estimate...on the same day in most instances. (This particular day was dry & nice) 5 year labor warranty when it's actually a 3 year. The reason for the estimate is to compare. Not only price,but warranty, quality of materials,etc. I can only speak of our experience with Final Touch as I see some people are very happy with their new roof and quality of job,however, it's very hard to get to the point of installing a new roof if you can't get the written estimate from them to have something in your hand to consider. I have NEVER written a review before ,for anything or anyone. I felt it was my responsibility to let people know our experience was negative with this company and in what way it was negative. That way maybe people considering/needing a new roof would have more information to make an "Informed Decision". I gave 1 star because the young man did show up on time, the first and only time he was here. ....TRUST, BUT VERIFY.... G. Cannon

They were very good polite prompt its still early but we are happy with the work finished main part in one day came back in morning to finish up ,we are very happy with pricing and quality

They did a great job on our roof. They're very professional, courteous and trustworthy.

They also did a great cleanup and we found very little debris after they left. Our roof not only looks great, but I trust it will last for many years to come.

They are SUPER to work with! Great attitude! Great communications on status and progression. Very reasonably priced (relative to my budget). Extremely professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They always arrived on time, were very professional, and frankly, were the hardest working group of gentlemen I have ever seen. Should I require any further repairs on my home, I will definitely call these people, because the quality and professionalism of their work is top notch. I highly recommend Final Touch Roofing.

Had my roof done in June, they came in stripped it off and roofed it all in one day. Cleaned up everything and took all the trash with them. Highly recommend

Great experience, very professional, workmanship is beautiful, process was simple, came out after new roof install and made sure there was no debris left and that everything was done correctly. HIGHLY recommend this company for your roffing needs.

I would have used 0 stars or negative stars if there were any.
They done a really BAD job. We're going to have to have the roof redone. We've called no one answered or returned our call.
Not long after the roof was finshed it had bumps coming thru. We are really afraid its going to start leaking.
Please please do yourself a favor don't use final touch!!!! I am So upset because
the insurance paid for the roof and we don't have the money to redo the roof. So I guess they just ripped us off.

Great company. They replaced the storm damaged roof on my business. They worked with me to schedule over the weekend to avoid disruption for my business. It is amazing how fast they work but deliver a great roof when they are finished. I had previously worked with them and have always been very satisfied. I would highly recommend Final Touch Roofing.
