I needed to replace my roof, gutter and downspout after getting my current property - JD is very responsive, offered a very detailed quote, and provided his most professional advice on what to do with the current roof status. I am more than happy to hire them and would highly recommend to anyone who need their roof, downspout, or gutter done.

Ferdi did an excellent job with fixing the chimney of a very old house of mine. He went above and beyond on another project coordinating with bobs heating on a heat vent on a rather steep roof. He provides excellent service, sends pictures before and after the work and is very reasonably priced. Overall, top notch customer service and fabulous communication skills. Thanks Ferdi for all the help! In addition to these two jobs he installed an indoor swing which I greatly appreciate.

We need to replace the roof before listing the house for sale. JD scheduled the installation very quickly and the crew did a great job replacing the roof. The new roof looks great and definitely helped us sale the house at a good price!

JD and crew did a great job on the roof installation. We went with Malarkey Legacy Roof. They did a great job on the workmanship and did it pretty quickly.

My only gotcha was additional ply-wood was added and I was notified of the extra expenses after the work was done and they used non-Malarkey Ice/Water Shield. Just let me know ahead of time of the changes.

We had leaks around the vents on our roof, and JD was quick to respond and was able to send a technician out before most other companies could even get someone out for a quote. The technician was able to show us pictures of what he was replacing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. The prices far beat the competition without sacrificing quality. It was also so nice being able to pay the invoice via Zelle instead of check, which is still an option if you want it.

I also trust that JD won't try to oversell you. Even though they would benefit from replacing our roof earlier than later, they let us know that we still had quite a bit of life left in our old roof before it needed to be replaced.

We were very happy working with this company and are planning to use them for future exterior work.

I really can't say enough good things about JD and Ferdi Construction. I had them do a pretty huge project (both my roofing and siding), and the house looks absolutely fantastic.

I got three bids from highly rated siding and roofing companies, and Ferdi's bid was very competitive. Additionally, as JD and I walked the house for the estimate, he pointed out areas of the house's previous fit and finish that would be upgraded by what they normally do during a job, such as adding trim around the rear windows that are often not trimmed during initial construction. He clearly cared about quality, and so with the competitive bid we went with them.

JD had to work through the complexities of doing all of this work during a wet Seattle winter with extremely short days. They did a great job keeping us informed about timelines and were fantastically efficient. They kept the site clean and were very careful to not damage the property. They kept the work extremely non-disruptive - I was able to use the house the whole time, and they had a Honey Bucket to save both the workers and us from traffic in and out of the house.

Throughout the job, JD kept in good communication and quickly addressed any minor things I brought up. At the end of the project, he asked for me to do a careful walkaround to point out literally anything I saw amiss, and they addressed them all.

Also, one thing I really appreciated was how there was zero nickel and diming in the whole process. The invoices didn't magically balloon with add-ons and extra charges. What he quoted was what I paid, even doing work on a couple of things that weren't specifically called out in the contract.

In the end, my neighbor ended up getting his roof done by Ferdi Construction at the same time because of the quality.

Junio and team replaced my roof recently and did great work! We had multiple bids and Junio’s company came in with a very fair price while having a great resume of work that demonstrated that his company would do quality work. Junio was really helpful in talking through the different roofing options and guided us towards an option that ended up being higher quality and less money than what I originally decided on.

His team got the roof done in two days and was great about cleaning up at the end of the day. Finally, there was an issue with a clogged drain a few days later. The heart of the business is the "Junio" the owner himself, he is very genuine and guides you through the whole process. His quote was reasonable and he is the man who stands behind his work. He will go above and beyond his work to help you out and do the right thing. In most businesses you interact with employees and you never know whether they will be there next time you need them but in this case you interact with owner which gives you more confidence.

I requested a quote from this company back in January and a very thoughtful price list is provided for a replacement of my 17-year-old leaking roof. Junio from Ferdi kindly provided great advice and prompt communication that helps me decided the brand and the class of the new roof. The construction was efficiently done within two sunny days in February and it looks really good. Hopefully it will last longer than our previous roof with the longer warranty provided by Owens Corning.

Our roof had a damage from a fallen tree during a wind storm. Junio and his team squeezed out a schedule the next day and quickly fixed our roof over the weekend! They did a quality job and even installed extra flashing for the repaired location.

Scheduling the roof replacement was the difficult part of the whole process, since they are very busy and because the weather can cause delays. Once the date was set, Junio and his crew showed up on time and were very efficient and prompt. The roof looks beautiful, the gutters too. I had a question about the roof after the installation - one of the shingles looked like it was marked with a white marker. I called Junio to notify him about it. He came by soon after, put a ladder and climbed to inspect the shingle. It was a bird dropping:-). Junio was patient and nice and was not pushy like a few other competitors. We were selling our house on a very tight timeline and it needed a new roof. Junio and his team replaced the roof amazingly fast and for a lot cheaper than a different company we had used for work before. I will absolutely be coming back for future work! Highly recommended, zero complaints.

Look no further for a roof if you are in the Seattle area. Junio and his team were excellent. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 100. Junio came out to give me options on a new roof for rental house. I went with a metal roof for durability and longevity. His prices were very reasonable as honestly I was budgeting higher for a metal roof.

Junio went into in depth details of the process, project time, ordering metal, etc... I had to wait a little bit to get metal but that was not on Junio or Ferdi in general as it was the supplier. Junio let me know those details up front and was very transparent. While waiting on metal Junio was in consistent contact with me giving me updates and staying on the supplier to get the metal delivered. Once metal was delivered, Junio's team was out next day and knocked out the roof within 48 hours. Junio and his team cleaned up all around the house for nails, metal scraps, etc.. like they were never there.

I looked through many companies, read reviews, and decided on Ferdi construction and so glad that I did. They get a A+ from me on pricing, quality of work, and customer experience/satisfaction.

I contacted several roofing companies looking for someone to help me install a metal roof system. I ultimately went with Ferdi Construction and I'm glad that I did. The quality of their work was amazing. They are a top notch company that really knows what they're doing. They are also reasonably priced and use very high quality materials. I know my roof will last me a long time but if I ever need a roofing company again I will gladly use Ferdi Construction.

The team was efficient and cleaned up all of the mess from cleaning off the roof and installing the gutters. Junio was in contact via email and was easy to connect with regarding any questions.

Update 2024: Another great Ferdi Exterior experience again!

I asked JD at Ferdi Exteriors if they could come clean the roof and gutters for me. This included blowing and sweeping off the roof, applying zinc sulfate as a moss inhibitor, cleaning the skylights, etc.

They did another amazing job. I requested a quote on a Thursday afternoon and they were out the following Monday to do the work. The price was reasonable. JD is super easy to communicate with. They did a great job.

Every time I call Ferdi, I'm impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work. I can't say enough about Ferdi if you need gutter/roof work done.

2022 Review -We've been thinking about gutters for the house for a while so, when a section of our gutters needed repair, we asked several vendors for quotes for both repair and replacement. What was great about working with JD was that we were able to talk to him and ask questions with quick responses. We felt we scoped the project for what we wanted which included full gutter replacement, fascia board install, and roof cleaning/moss treatment. All services were done much faster than I expected and were as we discussed. I'm really happy we chose Ferdi Construction.

This is the second time we have used Ferdi construction for a roof replacement. They did my moms house in 2019. Junio is very honest, offers fair pricing and is reliable. Junio and his team did a Great job on our Roof! We wil definately use them in the future for other projects ! Highly Recomend!

Junio and his crew did a first rate job, from his initial inspection, through a very complete/detailed bid and an efficient tear-off and replacement of a complicated roof and gutter system. It was in the late fall and had to be carefully timed around the weather- it was managed perfectly. Every day on the job finished with clean-up of materials around the house and when the roof/gutter was completely done, almost nothing could be found that needed picking up. We really enjoyed this experience! And, since that is so unusual, let me repeat:  We really enjoyed this experience!

OK, there was the usual banging and shaking that occurs when roofing work is done.  It's unavoidable, but the rest of it?  That's the good part.

Let's start at the beginning.  First of all, Junio sent in estimates with various options without visiting the property but rather from satellite images.  Very competitive prices.  But since the other two companies we received bids from actual did site visits and gave us their estimates, we wanted to be certain that Ferdi wouldn't change their minds once they got here (or heaven forbid after doing a minor amount of work).  Nope.  Didn't happen.  Junio came over and we thoroughly discussed everything that would happen.  He told us the job would be done in 2-21/2 days.  And, he told us they could start on the work weeks (in fact months) before the other companies.  And, he didn't even push the most expensive roofing and gutter options, which was refreshing to me.

Too good to be true?  We wondered.  But, once the roofing materials were delivered, Junio told me they had a cancellation and they could start the next day and not in the 3 weeks we were expecting.  Now, how often does THAT happen?

The crew showed up the next day on time (amazing for construction) and worked an almost 12 hour day, prepping and protecting our A/C equipment, shrubs, and furniture on our deck, ALL of which came through without a scratch and working fine.  I was surprised to see Junio, the estimator, there giving instructions initially and working with the crew.  That was a first for me.  And, even our landscape lighting that had been traumatized by prior contractors doing work on our house remained untouched.

They finished on time and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.  All very professional and courteous.  Couldn't have asked for a better work crew.

Ferdi Construction (Junio and team) have earned my trust, and I’d recommend them to my friends and family. There are many reasons below, but most of all because of their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond what we contracted them for.

We reached out to four companies for roof replacement quotes via Yelp. Although Ferdi gave the lowest quote for the quality range we were looking for, we didn’t choose them because of their low price, instead because they sounded knowledgeable and were willing to do more things to help us prepare our house for sale. They also included more things in the quote that other companies either wouldn’t do, or would charge extra for. Junio and his team, among many other unexpected things, repaired our sagging eaves, replaced extra fascia, completed odd repairs to improve the appearance of the house, did extra painting, and even hauled items to the dump that were not related to his jobs at two separate locations! On one occasion, I had misunderstood something as being included in a quote and Junio graciously did the work anyway, when I asked him to add the cost on to the invoice, he didn’t.

Junio and his team are hard-working, flexible, professional, punctual, and were always pleasant to deal with. Junio was very concerned that we were happy before he left every job, and we always were. In the end we contracted Ferdi to do one full house roof replacement, one detached garage roof replacement at a different address, a roof repair on a second house, exterior house cleaning, and soffit renovation (clean, scrape, and paint). All were completed quickly, professionally, and his team left each site very clean and took very good care to prevent any damage. He was extremely honest with us when one thing we asked him to do was out of his scope of experience and in that case he helped us by providing several recommendations for contractors, we found one who is also very capable and flexible and we are thrilled.

Over our years in an older home, we've had occasion to hire quite a few contractors. Ferdi Construction is far and away the best contractor we've ever had, and we will use them for any future work we need.

They had done some work for us several years ago. This time they re-roofed and painted our home, in addition to doing many repairs that were needed first. Junio, the owner, explained everything to us in detail before we signed the contract. He is polite, good-natured, and honest. He and his crew arrived on the date we had agreed on and they worked quickly and efficiently. The result was outstanding in quality and looked beautiful as well. They also thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They are what you hope for when you hire a contractor.

I saw them working in neighborhood and thought would ask them for a quote on siding replacement and external painting. Their quote was the cheapest and the guy sounded knowledgeable. I ended up hiring him.

He brought along one more person and did quite a good job. Gave me ten year workmanship warranty and formal contract paperwork. Some additional things came along during the work which he attended to as well. He gave me some pointers on other things as well.

Overall I will hire him again.

Junio and his crew are fantastic. They've done beautiful work on our deck (and quick to boot)! They were able to fit us in on a short notice, which was super appreciated because our toddler fell through a board that snapped on our old and poorly constructed deck a few days prior. Now we can enjoy our back yard again and make fun summer memories (without fear of injury)! They even went the extra mile and built new benches like our old deck had (an unexpected bonus, which speaks of their attention to detail). I highly recommend them. Give them a call!
