We have a living room bay window that Feldco installed years ago and we are still getting compliments on how beautiful it looks. Now we need a new screen door and getting an appointment was very easy. Mr Guzaldo was very kind and helpful in explaining everything to us and I’m looking forward to having the door installed.

STAY AWAY!!! I called them to come out to check a window. I wasn’t sure it was broken or not and they said it was definitely broken so I figured I would have them replace some other windows while they were here. I signed a contract and the tech came out a week later saying the window wasn’t broken, the lock was just locked improperly and I canceled the order because I didn’t need a new window. They said they can’t give me a full refund because I canceled the contract after three days of signing it even though the tech didn’t come out for a week after so I wouldn’t have known before if the window was broken. This is a known scam between companies, and this is very ridiculous. They will not give me my full refund, which I am entitled to and FELDCO ARE CON ARTISTS!!

I spoke with Mio regarding getting someone out to check a window that was leaking in my home. I was so impressed with how Mio made sure that every effort was given to get someone to call me and set up an appointment for someone to come ASAP. Mio's effort paid off and someone got back to me right away. I am very impressed with Felco's customer service and I hope the service call will go as well.

I am a multiple time customer and love what the products have done for my home. I recently had an issue with my front door. I spoke with Dave Emrikson, the service manager, who worked with me to get a technician out quickly to diagnose what was wrong. Tim came out and was able to make some adjustments, but needed to order parts. Dave kept me in the loop on when the parts were ordered and arriving and helped schedule the final repair. Tim and Sil came out to finish the work and the door works like it is brand new. While the product is great, it's even better knowing that a company will stand behind the work they do and honor the warranty they offer.

The only thing I love more than the amazing windows, doors and most importantly the warranties that come with them…. Is the wonderfully professional and kind techs that come out to help! I will be a Feldco costumer for life!

During his estimation, John Shannon did an excellent job of giving a detailed explanation of all costs/procedures/details of my new window installations. I also appreciated his honest assessments of what was NOT needed, thus proving trustworthy as to the entire process. Most satisfied with his work.

Dan was professional and we could tell that he was a proud representative for Feldco. He explained everything we needed to know and offered us a good price. There were many choices of door styles and beautiful hardware to choose from.

Feldco's scheduling and customer service was very prompt and courteous. I received a call within mintues of completing an online request. The representative was very transparent about the process, and asked for confirmation serval times if the serivce on offer were compatible with my vision for the project. Apparently they respect their customer's time... as well was their own. I will update base on the rest of the experience!

We own (and live in) a multi-family building in Lakeview and we consulted with Gary at FELDCO to get 11 new windows for the front of our building. The sales process was pretty easy since we had essentially already decided that we were going to proceed with them.

The process was an initial measurement, a second and more refined measurement by carpenters, and ultimately the final install. The total lead time from quote to install was about 30 days which I found to be pretty fast. The installers took about 7 hours and then came back on Day 2 to finish the capping of the uppermost windows.

We are in a tricky position with our double door entry that requires care and flexibility because of the age of the home and unique size of the entryway. Feldco was absolutely great with replacing my siding on the back of my home due to the severe storms in the summer. They were very responsive and professional, and my home looks amazing, and I could not be more pleased with Feldco

During our recent episode of extremely cold weather the side window of my front door was icing up at the bottom and the front door was allowing the cold air to blow into my house even though I had a storm door. This left me with no option but to purchase a whole new front door. My biggest fear is to deal with contractors who talk extremely nice to you, take your money and never return and scam you or if something goes wrong with the product are no longer in business to service what they installed.

I had dealt with Feldco in the past when they installed my new gutters, repaired my fireplace and replaced some windows. Always customer friendly and they have been in business for a long time. They were having an installation special so I gave them a call. Pete Metcalf was sent over to discuss my problem. He pointed out how my door was warped and there would be no way to correct the problem. When I purchased my current door I went to the store, picket one out and had it installed.

To be honest I didn't know how much was involved and how much I didn't know. Pete was an amazing and patient sales rep. He took his time to help us choose the perfect front door for our home, ensuring we made the best decision. Picking a new color was the hardest part, and he didn’t mind when we asked to FaceTime our daughter get her opinion. He wasn’t a pushy sales rep and his professionalism made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The door that they sell is manufactured in Ohio and will be installed in about 8 weeks. Highly recommend Feldco!

I worked with Feldco to replace vinyl siding on my parent's detached garage a few years back. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The install only took a couple of days, and I was impressed with all aspects of the process. The install was completed three years ago, and my parents have had zero issues with the siding since then. I highly recommend Feldco for vinyl siding! My parents are also looking to replace their roof in the near future, and I will definitely be contacting Feldco for an estimate soon.
