I'm pretty happy with the company and my Feldco windows. The only real problem was the installers were subcontractors - that's what the man told me on the phone. It was hard to tell for sure because they were all wearing Feldco uniforme and all that.

Happy that Feldco stands by there warranty. Purchase a home with 3 broken windows and was able to get the glass replace in them under warranty really saved me a lot of time and money. Our technician Sil came out to measure the windows and few weeks later came back to replace the broke panes. Sil and the customer service did amazing job.

Would definitely call Feldco again when we are ready for new siding. They were wonderful to work with and the prices were great.

He completed the job under 10 minutes. I had questions about the warranty. He did not have the answer but said he would look into it and call me back. He kept his word. He called me by end of day. 5-13-2025 I was so happy with the service we received 12 years ago for one window replacement that I wanted to use Feldco again; this time for 6 windows. David Keller was an outstanding salesperson. He was very thorough, informative, kind and professional. I will update once the windows are installed.

7-9-25 We had 6 windows installed Jun 13, 2025. They were beautiful, install was quick and they cleaned up great afterwards. Some of the windows were a little hard to open all the way so Tech, Silvino Velazquez, came out on June 26th and made some adjustments. Now they all open more easily. I am completely satisfied with the product and service. I will use Feldco again. Thank you to David, the installers and Silvino!

I have no idea how a company can be so consistently fantastic but Feldco is just that! We recently needed to have our Feldco screens replaced and from the minute I spoke to Amanda Alfonso we have been given 5 star treatment. Amanda is professional, funny, kind and efficient. I wish she could handle all challenges I run into in my life. Amanda communicated in a timely manner and reached out via email and phone to ensure we had what we needed when we needed it.
When the screens were ready (needed 2 trips) both Tim and Brian were on time and worked to make the experience a great one. They wore the shoe covers and were so fast.

I had originally given this company a 5 star rating because, despite some initial problems with the first sale's person who came out, I was very pleased with the next sale person, the company is easy to work, easy to schedule, etc. I loved our new door at first but it has been barely over one month since we replaced our sliding glass door and the screen door is already coming apart. For what I paid I do not expect a product that is going to come apart after a month of light use (We have been out of town several weeks since installation so it has been used only a handful of times). They are going to come out and fix it in a week but I am now dreading years of having to deal with a product that couldn't last two months without falling apart. This, combined with my initial problems with the sales portion of this experience, have led me to change my review and rethink who will be replacing any windows we might need in the future.

Update: Less than a year since installation of our sliding glass door and there is water seeping into the inside track of the door. They came out to try and fix it but saw nothing wrong but it's still happening so I'm going to have to call them out again. I am so frustrated with this door. Such poor quality, water leaking into my house... isn't that what doors and windows are supposed to prevent? I will never get a Feldco product EVER AGAIN! I shouldn't have to call for service every three months on a brand new door.
