Family Roofing did some work for us last year, and then just came back to deal with another issue. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. They are good at explaining the situation, the options, and they are very clear on costs, which seem reasonable.

A leaking roof is not something you can wait on it , these people are the one you should go to , fast respond , nice clean flawless job , well experienced organized team , they worked for us recently in Dc , very satisfactory results !

We had a small leak next to our skylight, and Family Roofing was quick to assess the roof with photo documentation and video. I was able to speak with their foreman, George, who was exceptionally helpful. He explained how our roof was constructed and the options we had. Ultimately, he recommended flashing the skylight and the protrusions with elastic cement and coating our roof with fibered aluminum coating. So far, I have had an amazing experience with them.

Family Roofing was recommended to me. I called, and they had an evaluation crew out the next day. Great start. The guys who came were nice and professional, and when they finished their evaluation, they told me that the roofs (I have more than 1) have some issues, and they would send me their recommendations to address the issues they found. What were the issues and recommendations? I don't know since I have never heard back from them. I have called them 5 times and the lady who answers tells me she need to talk to "her guys" and she'll get back to me. Have I heard back yet? No. No return phone calls, no emails, nothing. Well, they did call me once (I have caller ID), but they hung up when I answered and then did not answer the phone when I immediately called back.
