5 stars! Hector came out to inspect an old bird's nest in an exhaust vent that terminates about 25 feet up on the side of the house. And he fixed it on the spot! This was not a trivial repair either. He got on a huge ladder and climbed all the way up and found the birds made a mess of the ventilation, it had a rip, so he replaced the whole thing! Crawled up in the attic found the ventilation tube under a bunch of insulation, tore it out, found the same stuff at Home Depot then replaced it. Then back up on the huge ladder, installed a new exterior vent and waterproofed it. I definitely was not expecting him to do all that, and they did it for a good price.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Hector and Brenda! We had a leak coming from our fan/vent in our bathroom and I got a hold of Brenda and she texted back and forth with me which was wonderful! Hector came over last night, got up on the roof to check it out. He gave me a quote and was supposed to come Friday to fix it. The leak started back up again and I message Brenda and told her if he was able to come sooner I would love him forever! He came out later this afternoon. I can not thank you both enough for your help and your kindness. You won’t find a better company to do business with! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
