Windows were maid small when I asked them about they said manufacturer are different.
My window are looking so funny and and bad I am not happy with the company.
If the truck had delivered all these windows on time, these three guys could have put all the windows in the house in one day.

Windows were maid small when I asked them about they said manufacturer are different and try to covered the extra eara they use cheep matal around the windows my window are looking so funny and and bad I am not happy with the company I wish I can attach the picture but I don't see the options .

We were completely pleased with the whole process of getting replacement windows for our home. Randy was great — knowledgeable, nice, and easy to work with. Philip was an excellent installer and a good man. He and his team showed up exactly when scheduled, worked very hard, and cleaned up after themselves. Windows look fabulous. My husband and I are 100 percent satisfied customers.

We are thrilled with our new windows. They look awesome and have helped the appearance of our house so much. The whole process was great from Mr. Randy Jones' telling us all about the quality of these windows, never being "hard sale/ pushy". Philip and his crew did a fantastic job of installing all these windows. Nice, polite guys, and always hard working. If the truck had delivered all these windows on time, these three guys could have put all the windows in the house in one day. I highly recommend Factory Direct Exteriors, Inc. to anyone needing a good price on QUALITY windows. Friends came over Saturday and they bragged on how great these windows look.Could not be any happier!

This company is amazing! Every person we had contact with was professional. Randy came out initially for consultation and laid out all our options for replacing 15 windows. We agreed on a price that was lower than the competition and the quality is fantastic. He estimated a long wait time for receiving the windows due to covid, but they came in sooner. They were installed in 3 days and look perfect. The crew was so attentive to details and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them!!!

I have used Factory Direct Exteriors twice in the last two years. Mike has very experienced employees who obviously take pride in their work. Kevin and Bronco are two who have sided, trimmed, and replaced a sliding glass door for me and there attention to detail has been impressive. Whether your estimate would be higher or lower that other businesses I could not answer, but you will have a great appreciation for the outcome of your project. Call Mike....Ted Johnson

Mike is Awesome . His crew did an excellent job 3 years ago on my house. My husband recently sprayed a wasp and didn't wash the. Hemical off the siding . Mike sent his crew to fix it even though it was my husbands fault he messed up some siding panels. He is very honest , keeps his word and the cost is reasonable.
