James was nice and very responsive to our request to have work done. We had painting and tile done. After the work he was supposed to come back and fix the mistakes. Not mention the many paint stains on the floor that we had to clean up, the Grout in the tile is not right and many missed paint spots. As like many other contractors once they get your money they disappear. Guess you live and learn who you can trust and who you can't. My wife has made attempts to contact him but it's mostly empty promises or no reply at all. You may pay a little more for another contractor but the work will be done correctly. Hindsight being what it is I would have went with the more pricier quote. Bring James and his crew in at your own choice but dont pay him until l the work is done correctly
