We contracted F5 Remodeling to replace our front door that was a bit old. Gil came to the house and gave us options and listened to my wife’s concerns. After we picked the door we wanted, Gil promptly order the door and kept us in the loop as to the status of the delivery and installation process. Gil and his crew were prompt, professional and efficient. The door was installed with no issues and he was able to help us get the locking mechanism working properly, which had issues with the original door. I would highly recommend F5 Remodeling! Couldn't be happier with Gil and his guys. We didn't expect to replace our roof this year but he kept it as painless as this unexpected project could be. Estimates and samples were quickly given and the roof was completed on time. He made sure to have it finished before the next rain storm. On top of that, Gil worked with us to add a sun sail to the back yard off the roof which has made the back patio more enjoyable.

I contracted with Gil from F5 for replacement of siding (of differing types), windows (including a large, custom window), a door, gutters, and trim at my home. Gil proved to be knowledgable and professional throughout the entire process, even though there was much back and forth about selection of materials (all due to my indecisiveness). During construction, Gil was present himself for a good amount of time each day to check in with me personally and ensure that everything was being built according to plan - not that his crew needed any help. In fact, they were extremely quiet, neat, and efficient. The work only took two days from start to completion, and afterwards all debris, nails, etc. were cleaned up by Gil's team. I was genuinely surprised that despite the removal and/demolition work, there was literally no damage to any of the existing sheetrock, framing, or other parts of my home. Additionally, Gil would pick up his phone just about everytime I called him, and would check in with me separately to ensure that I was happy with everything. All that said, I would highly recommend F5 - and I am actually in the process of coordinating with F5 for another project at my home. It is very hard to find contractors who are competent, responsive, fair, and professional - and F5 certainly embodies all of those traits.

F5 Remodeling -- Gil and his whole team were wonderful to work with. The initial evaluation and plan to identify the problem with our roof was simple and seamless. They were very quick to get the work started and just as quick to complete it on time as they promised. Our yard and home remained easily accessible throughout the project, and cleanup was excellent. We were kept in the loop at all stages with verbal, text, and photo updates. The work took only a few days, and Gil and his team stayed right on schedule throughout.

Gil's windows are great quality for a reasonable price. His team was in and out in half a day for replacing 14 windows! We were home during this time and the process was smooth and clean throughout.
