I had a terrible experience with F F & L Construction while they were working for KUB on March 11, 2025. The crew was digging directly next to my parked vehicle without any prior notice, safety barriers, or warnings. Later that day, I discovered my windshield had been cracked, even though there was no damage the night before.
I provided clear photographic evidence showing my car undamaged the night before and additional pictures of F F & L Construction workers digging up rocks right next to my vehicle. Despite this, the supervisor still denied any responsibility and refused to cover the damage. Instead of acknowledging the obvious, he demanded exact video proof of the moment the windshield broke, which is an unreasonable and unrealistic request. He even attempted to blame a tree, yet there were no fallen branches anywhere near my car.
On top of that, none of the workers on-site spoke English, making it impossible to communicate concerns or ask them to take precautions. This company’s complete lack of accountability, disregard for property, and refusal to accept clear evidence is unacceptable.
I would not recommend F F & L Construction to anyone. Their carelessness and refusal to take responsibility reflect extremely poor business practices. If you have to deal with this company, document everything and be prepared for them to deny any wrongdoing—no matter how much proof you provide.
They are doing work for kub in knoxville tennessee .they are a terrible company they cut water mains and cut other lines for other internet. They destroy people lawns and don't repair them .kub must be hard up for this company out of ky, ga.
This company was sub-contracted to do some drilling for a utility company in our area. The owner Joe, was very rude after being confronted of the tens of thousands of dollars of property damage through out the neighborhood. (Cracked driveways, sidewalks, refused to reseed or apply sodding to area etc.). Refused to acknoledge any damages and had to go to the company that hired his team to get anything fixed.
I would avoid hiring this contracting team unless you want to get dragged into multiple legal disputes due to the way they leave their worksites.
