A Good Roofer

I had several other roofers come out without any results. A Good Roofer came out when they said they would which was the day after I called. They fixed my problem fast for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

After a year of failed attempts by other roofers to fix a leak around the chimney, or roofers who never showed up... we called A GOOD ROOFER. They came out when they said they would to give the estimate. Isaias was very prompt and knowledgeable and that morning.
He came back a week later and fixed our issue and our roof is FINALLY leak free!!! We are so very grateful!

My ONLY disappointment with this company and recommendation to them to be better in business is they have a serious lack of communication skills that need much improvement. They were supposed to get back to me after the Wednesday inspection and estimate, with pictures of my damaged roof and to set up a day to do the repairs. That never happened. I messaged them on Facebook on Friday AND Saturday. They read the messages and never responded. I called that Monday, and they DID call me back with an appointment time on Tuesday. They didn't show up, and never called... I had to contact them and they rescheduled for Wednesday morning. They didn't call me to let me know they were running hours late, and didn't come until late afternoon.
My point is they need to do better about simply communicating with the customer about running late.
Also, after the work, Isaias was gonna send us an invoice/receipt via email, that also hasn't happened, so there is a serious deficit with communication and follow through which is really bad for business. If they fix their poor communication, respect the customer with a phone call and follow through, this company will do great!
BUT AS FOR THE WORK AND CLEAN UP, IT WAS TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!

Hectors company came out and had my roof installed and inside water damage fixed in no time. Everything looks great!

Hector and his crew done a great job. We have a seven unit apartment building in which they replaced the roof for us. In one day, they removed the old roof and laid the new roof, cleaned their mess to the point that there was no trace left behind, and were gone well before dark. They are friendly, fast and efficient. The roof looks great and the insides are dry. We were absolutely pleased with the work they provided and would recommend them for sure.

Replaced my shingles with high quality brand and installed per high wind instructions. The rows are straight and everything looks great.

My husband called for a roof inspection on a house we are buying, they are very responsive and professional. They were happy to any questions or concerns that we had. They came out, inspected the roof and gave us their findings in less than 24 hours.

We had a roof put on by Hector's team in the fall of 2022. They were very fast and efficient! There was an issue that was not their fault which caused some work having to be undone and re-done! They handled the situation very professionaly and provided top notch service! I recommend and will use them again!

Contacted A Good Roofer, Hector responded right away. Had a new roof in less than a week after I spoke with him. Guys showed up at 8 am and had the roof torn off and reinstalled in a day. Had some water stains in the house and Hector even had his guy come and paint the ceiling. Would definitely recommend this company, affordable, professional and the quality of work is second to none.

Extremely professional, very experienced, worked daylight till dark to finish a total roof replacement. Hauled away all materials from old roof, and done an exceptional clean-up.

Hector will 100% show up to price and do job. The quality of the work leaves a lot to be desired (my sure nail strips which are white are clearly visible in many locations) but roof doesn't leak. This company focuses more on speed than quality and getting to the next job. Hector didn't make my $24,000 job seem to important telling me he had to send his guys to a "bigger job" on certain days or if there was an issue he seemed to busy taking care of a "bigger job" than mine. This company has very few guys that speak English so everything has to go through Hector. With the exception of my sure nail strips showing and drip edge that I noticed missing that they later fixed the job worked out okay just hoped for better quality work.

They came straight out on a timely manner did the job quick and great. They cleaned up after themselves and at a very reasonable price. Better price than most estimates I have found in area..

Hector and his crew did a wonderful job on our rental property. They installed a new roof, replaced the privacy fence, and took out old shrubs. They left the property clean each day that they worked there. Great company.

We called Hector due to leaking rook and his team came right out and repaired it in the dark right before a storm, saving us a lot more damage. He also found wind damage which he suggested would be paid for by insurance. He was right, and our insurance covered the cost of replacement. His team showed up on time as promised, worked diligently, and nearly completed our roof replacement in a day.

I would like to say this roofing company was prompt about getting back with me. They came and gave me an estimate right away and put my new roof on exactly when they said they would. The roofing job was excellent and their cleanup was superior as well. I would give this company a 5 star rating.

I recommend hector and his team for any roofing needs. Theyre fast and easy to work with. We called hector and he gave us a day where he was going to estinste our roof and he showed up on tine just like he said he would, he gave us a fair price and gave us a date when he would start on our roof. His workers came early in the morning and worked until dark, they were very fast and extremely professional. They cleaned up everything and i was very satisfied with the roof. I 100% would hire a good roofer again for any future roofing jobs.

My husband and I hired hector's construction to replace the roof and Install gutters on our mobile home. His crew came in and done an amazing job, they worked the entire day to get my roof done, cleaned up after themselves even the smallest piece of paper was picked up from my yard. Once they were done with the roof we thought they were coming back to finish the gutters no they got those up as well the same day. I highly recommend this company they are also building a porch will post pictures of all there hard work...

I am new to the area so I inquired with a couple of roofing companies on a roof repair. Hector A Good Roofer made the choice and process very simple. He was the first to come out immediately and gave me a solid timetable on when the work could begin. His employees worked day and night to complete the project. Trash pickup was excellent. They did a good job on the roof and also on the cleanup. They did the job in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The only problem that I had was that they left their trailer blocking both my garages for a day and 1/2 after the job was finished and paid for. I will recommend them to others.

Many contractors put you off indefinitely or never come back but not Hector. He met with me and committed to doing the job and his crew arrived on time and ready to do the work. Hector came out very quickly and made the process stress free, and the price was the best around. I recommended this to a co-worker and he says the same thing. I had a leaking old roof with 3 layers of shingles! Their team worked daylight to dark and was done in a couple days. If we build our home, I'll definitely consider them on the roof!

HECTORS ROOFING just completed a new roof on my 4500 sq ft home. they were true professionals. working 5 men, they removed old shingles and replaced with new shingles in 2 DAYS. his men worked from daylight until dark only taking long lunch break. HE QUOTED me a fair price and only asked to be paid when job was complete. they cleaned the entire area when they were done. I only went out to check on them occasionally to see if they needed anything. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. i am a retired pharmacist and it was a pleasure to work with HECTOR AND HIS ENTIRE CREW. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. 2 thumbs up and 5 STAR COMPANY. i had never known or used HECTORS COMPANY before but i will be using them for all my future projects.
