They misdiagnosed a fuel pump issue, charged us for a repair that didn't solve the problem, had the vehicle for an extended period, sent my mother home in a loaner vehicle short on gas. They finally just gave up on actually fixing the problem and sent it back to our home town local shop to repair, hopefully. We will never go to Snowy Mountain Motors again.

Snowy Mountain Motors is the most amazing with great employees. I bought my jeep from them 3 years ago and I absolutely love it. Then 3 weeks ago the amazing shop staff got me out the snow after I got stuck. It was so cold that day and they went above and beyond to help me. I can't say Thank You enough. My trucks emissions system defaulted right in Lewistown, I took it to Snowy Mountain Motors, they did their best, they got me back on the road the same day.

Parts department guy was swamped and still took the time to help me out. He didn't have the part but found it for me in town.

Left our truck up there for three weeks to get the 1200.00 30 point or whatever inspection and detail. They called and said it was done, so we drove the 70 miles to go pick it up to find out they forgot three steps and forgot about the detail. So, I had to drive back the next day to get it. We just skipped getting it detailed. So 420 miles later... there was one gentleman that worked there that seemed to make up for the incompetence of the others, but this was still inexcusable.

Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. We ordered our vehicle in October and she kept us informed the whole way. Great car buying experience. Thank you Emily and Snowy Mountain Motors!

Very disappointed with the service. It was a hassle trying to buy the brand-new vehicle 2 years ago, then tried to get service done on it 2 or 3 times and they couldn't get it done and have had to go to Billings for service. Now I am stuck in Billings for 6 hrs without a vehicle while it gets the work done, that Snowy Mt couldn't do. I probably won't be buying another vehicle at Snowy MT. Very little help all the way around.

Amazing place,will never buy another vechile and else ever again! Also the service dept is great for oil changes and and tire rotations.

Stopped here with truck issue. They didn't have the parts but we're more than helpful in trying to help me find a solution. Dave the mechanic was very nice. Would recommend doing business with this dealer.

Went here to get my new key fobs prgrammed for my car and they got it done in less than 20 minutes. So far they have great service and helped me out big time. Now I have two sets of key fobs I needed bad and couldn't get anyone that would do it at a price I could afford cause they needed a laptop software that the dealer has or certain locksmiths to get them programmed correctly. It didn't cost me much at this place at all just $70. Billings places was saying that it would cost me over $300 so I'm glad I drove the hour to them instead of a hour and half to Billings for it. I will go back to these guys again for any repairs I need. Fast service with my experience with them. And affordable!

The new service manager was matter of fact and efficient. He called me within an hour to tell me of the problem and how much it would cost. Then asked if I wanted the work done. I did. Not an hour later, it was done. I'm very pleased.

Emily in sales did a great job of seeking out answers and making sure every detail of the transaction was taken care of. Purchased my 2015 Edge, my first ever purchase from Snowy Mountain Motors, and my overall experience with them was a very good one. Nik really was patient with us in finding a vehicle that fit the needs of both my son (who is over 6' tall so needed height in the interior) and myself... as I test drove numerous ones! After going back and forth on a few, I finally settled on the Edge and purchased it. Afterwards, Nik went over all interior of the vehicle to ensure I knew how to operate everything!
Jeff was awesome in helping to get me into the price range I needed as well as giving me the best trade price on my vehicle.
The reason for the 4 star rating is mainly due to selection. The selection in Escapes was vast but not in vehicles like the Explorer or edge as they only had 2 of each, a new and used. Offering more of a choice would have been fantastic.
I would feel comfortable about bringing my son back when the time comes to purchase his first vehicle from them and can only hope both gentlemen would be around to assist in that as well!!

Nik and Jeff of the local Ford dealership are always pleasant to work with. They seem to always have rebates and incentives and excellent local financing sources. They can hunt down and deliver the vehicle that you want. Great place to do business!

My husband came into Snowy Mountain Motors towards the end of September. We are expecting a new addition to our family and he did not feel the Jeep that I had was suitable for a young growing family. He and Nik worked on picking the best car to fit our needs and that I would like. My husband brought the car to my work to let me check it out, as it was a surprise. We worked with Nik on trading in our Jeep for our new (2017) Ford Edge. I absolutely love this car. I feel very safe and confident driving it whenever I need to go, it is also so comfortable, it definitely suits are needs. Now comes the financing, we have had vehicle loans with a local credit union and love them, Nik sent off our credit information which we got back quickly. We did decide to put down $500, this was to be refunded by the warranty company I had with my Jeep. This is when we sat in with Jeff, I am always a little leery with warranty companies having been screwed over multiple times by them, he explained how we were going to cancel the previous policy and also told me about the warranty company they have. We cancelled our warranty and bought the warranty Snowy Mountain Motors has. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago I got a call asking about the refund check (I totally understand their concern they were holding a check for us and this is a money world they needed their down payment). Per Jeff I called the warranty company to see the hold up, apparently they don't issue refunds!! (Total opposite of what I was told when I bought the warranty for my Jeep). I emailed Jeff to let him know what was going on and he tried for two days to get a refund from them, which I really appreciated, he went the extra mile I have had a lot of things going on at home and the team at Snowy Mountain Motors was willing to help us in whatever way possible. Same outcome no refund, Jeff asked me to call Vickie about getting the down payment taken care of. I came in this Monday to bring in our down payment. They knew of my circumstances and were more than willing to work with me on getting the down payment paid. After my talk with Vickie and Nik on Monday I wanted to write a review. The staff and owner here went above and beyond for us and I greatly appreciate it!

I love snowing Mountain, their sales people are great to work with. I really appreciate the service department, I have no complaint. In the past 5 years I bought 9 Vehicles from Snowy Mountain. I have been buying cars and trucks for 61 years. Snowy Mountain will be the last dealer I'll be buying other cars from, I'm at that age.

What a great buying experience, Jeff worked with us from the beginning to end, not only did we get a great truck we feel as if we made a new friend, I know some people will think he was just doing his job but to us he went above and beyond to make us happy. What a wonderful dealership, the only issue is I did not notice the broken grill which was my fault, which after spending $53,000 I am a little heart broken knowing it was sold to me that way, I researched a new grill for my truck and found out it will cost me close to another $1,000 and that doesn't make me happy at all, but other than that I would definitely recommend snowy mountain motors to anyone looking for a great place to do business with, thanks again Jeff and snowy mountain motors
