We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Livingston Motor Company! From the moment we contacted them, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and great care.
They were able to get us scheduled very quickly, and once we provided our service contract, they took care of everything with our extended warranty—no extra paperwork or follow-up needed on our part. Their team quickly diagnosed the initial issue with our vehicle and, while working on it, uncovered two additional problems—all of which were covered under our warranty. I didn't catch the name of the tec but he clearly knew his way around the vehicle!
Jackie took the initiative to work directly with the warranty company and resolved everything without hassle.
We were also provided with a very nice loaner vehicle, which made the process incredibly convenient. What really blew us away was Brian personally drove all the way up to Big Sky to exchange our truck with the loaner car—talk about above and beyond!
While our truck was in the shop, we asked them to take care of a few routine maintenance tasks, and those services were not only performed expertly but were also very reasonably priced.
Savannah and Braden were outstanding with their communication—always prompt, clear, and courteous. Their customer service was truly top-tier from start to finish.

The service department needs some help. I have brought my 2025 Ram 1500 in for service twice and they have either said they couldn't duplicate the issue, or as of today they had my truck for 6.5 hours for an oil change and 2 other concerns one being an issue with the headlights. They said they fixed the auto dimming lights, but made the problem worse and I was stopped by the police as a result of their incompetence. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

Took my Ford F250 In to have 140 thousand miles service changed the belt and all the fluids. They did a great job in and out about five hours very reasonable. jacque is the bomb

I started getting my vehicles serviced at Livingston Motor Co. Last fall. They do a great job, communicate with you well.
Very friendly people. I called at 10:00 am. An appointment at 2:00 pm. Same day service. That was great.

These guys ( and girls ) worked on two vehicles for us today. In both cases we are very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Jenna Donahue was the best sales person I have ever worked with. Everyone was friendly and not pushy. Vice nice experience over all.

I got my car in with no problem.And it was taken care of in a very timely manner. I was contacted before the work was done to discuss cost. My only problem was when I picked up my car. I asked for information about "brake switch" that was replaced. The mechanic giggled for a while so I told him I would google the information. He then said he wasn't really able to explain it to me. I was taken to the parts manager to discuss my concern. He never got up off of his chair, as I shouted my concern across the office to him. Finally, the service manager, named Mike, came and listened to my concern. He explained that the employee was an apprentice but assured me that he would address my concern. Savanna and Jackie were very helpful and polite.

I'm not sure if I will go back to Livingston Motors. I have been driving for over 50 years. I've never experienced this kind of customer service from an actual mechanic before. I would rather he had told me that he did not know, but would be glad to find someone who could explain it to me.

I stopped in to check out a Jeep Rubicon. Turns out I'm way to long for that vehicle. But Jenna kept talking in a friendly way. I have a background in sales so I knew what was happening. She had such a good way about herself I found myself listening. She was very knowledgeable and seemed eager to help me. She got me to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and before we got back to the dealership I was sold. I love my upgrade. Jenna is the most impressive sales person I've seen in a long time. This vehicle is awesome. The whole crew at Livinstom Motor Company were great. I'll definitely be telling everyone about it.

Great service experience for my first time visit . Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. And it was a breeze it went by fast. I was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Come to find out there is a nail in my tire and have been there even during my appointment. It got missed by whoever worked on my car . Now I am dealing with this nail that could've got caught. Especially before I had to drive 2 hours to get to the Livingston motor company. no one said anything about it. explains why my tire pressure light was on. Even though I just got my tires checked. I am very unhappy.

$175.00 per hour car was on rack most of the appointment waiting on the part.
Bought vehicles here always liked it before.
Gone are the those days with Manny,Dave and Brian.
Internet says $129 to $138 for replacing 2011 Ford Edge limited right tie rod end.
I am uncertain if they put it on alignment rack.

This will be the last time was servicing our 3 vehicles for about 10 years.

Would have been nice if the mechanic knew what we were changing parts for. We were trying to solve a problem. It’s all worked out but a little more communication would have been nice

Jackie and Savannah got my vehicle in right away, kept me posted on what found that was draining my battery, fixed the switch and offered to keep my vehicle overnight so they could make sure it would start in the morning. They called me first thing to say it did start and I could pick it up. I really appreciate the way they kept me updated!

The service department worked with me on my issues and solved my problem. They got my truck in quick and were very communicative.

Friendly staff, but the job was estimated to take two days and actually took one week. I was not alerted by text , phone message or email when the work was completed. I found out by calling them each day. So far the work seems to have been done correctly, no problems driving home.

Jackie and Savannah took very good care of me. My vehicle was promptly tended to and I got rides to and from the dealership. Excellent service.

Arrived at Livingston Motor Company 15 minutes before they were open. I ask if they could find out why my 4 wheel drive is not engaging. Needed my right side exhaust manifold serviced on my 2019 Ram pick up. This was not the only dealership I called for service but was the most helpful and honest. They immediately told me the parts were back ordered for a lengthy period of time and had me make an appointment for when they estimated the parts to be in. They kept me informed and although I had to be rescheduled twice because the parts were delayed they were able to fit me in to the schedule. They completed the work as promised and I was able to pick up my truck on Christmas Eve. They honored my extended warranty through Mopar & did not try to throw anything extra in (which almost every other dealership I’ve dealt with has). My husband is a mechanic and was satisfied with their work as well (he didn’t do the work himself because of the warranty)
