The crew was very polite and responsive. They did a very professional looking job. This is my second roof on the house (Hurricane Michael then a hail storm) and there's a clear difference in the work ESI did. The attention to detail was amazing. They take a little longer than some of the large roofing companies but the end quality is worth the wait (and the pricing was competitive). They came highly recommended by a neighbor and hope to have them complete future work at the house.

Always provides the best service period. Explains the process so you understand what is going to happen and stands behind their work. Would have no one else perform repairs on my home.

Great company. Re-roofed my mothers house after the Hurricane. The roof looks amazing. My mom is 90 years old and their workers where so very nice to her, putting her at ease. Thank you Don and staff for turning a hard time into a great experience!

For all the potential customers looking for a roofer, do your home work. This company had to come back (on thir time)multiple times to fix things that should have been done right the first time. Still today not satisfied with the work. Because our roof was damaged during the Hurricane, we were told the gouge of price was due to labor cost. I would not recommend this company, I would not want anyone to go through what we went through with this company.

Called for roof estimate- after calling them back several times- got an appointment for an estimate. Estimate was done and when it was time to sign the contract- the price was different than what was initially quoted. Different price attached to a sticky note. Very unprofessional and never follow up with potential clients- they never call you back. . This company has shady dealings when it comes to the prices they have quoted. BEWARE!

The roof experience was so outstanding we had ESI do more work for us.
ESI completely rebuilt our carport which was crushed by a tree. ESI added siding, gutters and replaced our windows and doors. The work was completed in a timely manner and it is flawless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESI!

Wow! My roof looks AMAZING! Who knew such an INCREDIBLE contractor was located right here in little Quincy. ESI just replaced our very worn roof in Quincy. EVERYTHING went as planned. We had lots of wood rot which was cut out and replaced in the correct manner. The crew was on site every morning promptly at 8:00 AM. My property was tidied up each afternoon and when the job was completed. The proper permit was pulled and on display. The office staff was pleasant and answered all of my many questions. I would recommend ESI without a hesitation!

We were experiencing a minor roof leak so called Exterior Specialties (July 5th) to schedule an appointment. ES scheduled us for later in the morning. The roofing specialist came out, found the source of our leak and affected the repair that afternoon.
Exterior Specialties is a friendly group with knowledgeable technicians. We will be calling on them for any figure projects or repair needs.
