Called 3 suppliers to get windows replaced. All 3 had a pitch (which was ok) and then went on to the sales pitch and cost, had a super high number and then, " but we have a deal if you sign today", usual B.S.
Got Darrell's name from my neighbour. He came, measured everything and gave a total that was much less that the others, and with the same rated windows. No B.S., no today only, no nonsense. He gave me time to ponder, and i decided very quickly. Job was done professionally and saved me money already in heating and cooling. 5 months later, i am still happy and got 2 neighbours his name. They got theirs replaced too. He is truthful, honest and so easy to work with. 100% professional. And if a window does not need to be replaced, he will tell you. (I had 3 that did not need to be).

Very friendly and courteous. Good priced and great service. When work was done, they left everything just as clean as it was when they arrived. And work was done at a very nice pace.

I recently had 4 windows replaced at my home, one was a quite large bay. My experience with the company was top notch from start to finish. From coming to scope the project, bid submission, job award and install, each step was thoroughly communicated and fully executed as promised and agreed to.
