**Consumer Beware: On June 3rd of last year we started an addition to the rear of the shop. The job was given to Exquisite Exteriors here in Hannibal mo. They said they would complete the insulated addition in gray to match the building for $4800. As of today it is still not finished and the amount of water coming in has ruined some of my inventory and most likely has created a mold problem. The roof did not leak before the project was started. I have posted pictures of the very poor craftsmanship and all the damages. At one point they asked for more money and I gave them $800 more just because I want the long process completed. They then said they would increase the pitch of the roof so water wouldn’t just sit up there and they never did. I then had to crawl up on the roof myself and repair the leaks that they promised me they would take care of. Leaks stopped and I asked that they finish out the trim and fix cracked boards, basically finish the job. Gene Brown, the owner of Exquisite Exteriors, then went up and tore out everything I did which cost me money and time. Tore off the gutters. He just left that hanging and blowing in the wind and has not been back since. This has been the worst experience of my life and I would say that with the amount of water that has gotten in that the entire addition needs to be rebuilt... it’s a mess! We have always put the customer first and made everything right even if mistakes were made, it happens, we are all human.. but they are refusing to answer back after they asked for more money and I refused. The addition doesn’t even match, not even close. I mainly just want to make people aware because if I knew this was a possibility I wouldn’t have went with them. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

Did not come prepared with their own tools. Installed one of our French drains too high and my husband had to call him to come fix it. There are still issues from this project my husband now has to fix, and they were unresponsive and difficult to get a hold of. They promised to come back and clean up the muddy mess they made on our sidewalks and never did. I wanted to wait before posting a review because we were waiting for them to come clean things up, but they never came. Pretty disappointed for the amount of money we paid to get these drains set up.
