I am extremely happy with the work M Cruz Construction did in my house. my house was in desperate need of waterproofing and remodeling. M Cruz did the waterproofing outside the house at a very affordable price and since then, there have been no more water coming inside the house. They also repaired the walls and ceiling that were damage due to the water coming inside the house. They did the work in amount of time that was promised. They were very professional and constant supervision was done to ensure the workers were doing their job. I highly recommend this company for any house repair.

We’ve had many contractors, and the results would always be the same “inferior workmanship”. Mr. Cruz is quite the opposite. You get top notch workmanship and a job completed in record time. He has completely removed replaced our front steps. Replaced sidewalk and cleared the violation, pointed and waterproofed the bricks on the house, installed a complete new roof.

I highly recommend M Cruz construction and the company's owner, Sam. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and Sam's professionalism. Recently, I was having an issue with water coming in when it rained. Sam diagnosed and resolved the issue completely. He responded promptly to my message and showed up for our appointment as scheduled. He and his team completed the work the same day.

Also, I would like to mention that they did some work for me a few years ago and I was very pleased with that as well. I plan to call him again in the future when I need additional work to be done on my house.

They are very professional they did 14 year before our roof stucco concrete job we are very satisfied we call him again for break pointing and waterproofing and kitchen work we are happy also my phone neighbor are happy too

I hired them to repair my steps which they did, and they look better than I anticipated. While at my house, he noticed the flashing around my chimney was peeling and for no extra expense, got a ladder and repaired it. Great company.
