Commercial build with Executive Builders exceeded my expectations. Don handled every step of the process from design, to city permits, to a beautiful finished project. The work was completed ahead of schedule. I would recommend Executive Builders to anyone looking for a complete build-out or remodel.

We used Don and his very experienced team at Executive Builders to do a complete remodel of our entire home after a flood, and they did an amazing job! The work they did was high quality and looked beautiful after completion. They were honest and did a great job of staying within our agreed price. They also did a great job of working and coordinating with other subcontractors I hired to do HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. They helped me to figure out design details to make the finished product look its best (challenging because this house is very old). They also brought additional underlying damage to my attention (which was important because water damages more than what can be seen on the surface) so that I could make a decision to fix it before moving on and truly have a quality remodel and not just one that looks good. This job was complicated and long because there was so much damage and so many things that needed to be fixed, and we chose to do many add-ons and modifications to the original scope of work. Don handled all of this like the true professional that he is, and did a fantastic job of managing this huge project, and getting it all done for us. We are so thankful that we chose Executive Builders to complete this project for us and I cannot say enough great things about Don and his team. I AM HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THEM FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS A HIGH QUALITY JOB DONE AT A REASONABLE PRICE. If you choose Executive Builders you won't be disappointed. I called a few times and was told Don would be getting a hold of me to set up and appointment for an estimate to redo my basement. I was told a few times that he would be getting with me and never even received a call. They were very nice on the phone but could not call to set up an appointment to get an estimate.

I have used this company several times in the past 2 years. Tino is the person who I deal with directly. He is professional, responds immediately & always checking to be sure all is well with the repairs. I highly recommend this company.

Very responsive to my needs. One of the few companies that actually responds to website submissions. Tino came and looked at the issue. Fitted me into their tight schedule and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction.

My basement flooded while I was on vacation. After the extraction and removal of all damage, Don, Tino and the team came in to rebuild my entire basement. Though it wasn't exactly like my late husband and I had done it 2 years earlier, (do to supplies being unavailable) they did an excellent job. I hired Don and his crew to remodel my business office to accommodate a large group that was moving into the building. The work they did was top notch. They added walls, prepared the lift area, carpeted, wired the new offices, painted, and many other tasks that were required to suit our needs. We had put together a time frame for completion, and they met the deadlines that were laid out. Don, Tino and Devin were responsive to our inquiries and the work is of the highest level. Every detail was perfect upon completion. It was a genuine pleasure to have them in the building and seeing the work progress. Don and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! We absolutely love it and really appreciated his help with design. He also finished up some baseboard work in the basement and it looks fantastic. We will never use anyone else for work on our house again!

I have just had my bathroom remodel and it turned out better than I could have ever expected, help see our vision through with what we wanted in the bathroom with also find the best materials for the price. Don and Executive Builders have also put a sliding glass door in and fixed a leak had in the basement when we first moved into our house , will continue to do business with Executive Builders and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

After having a pipe burst in my basement wall I decided to contact EB for repairs. Don gave a very reasonable price and his guys were even able to match the texture and paint that was there prior to me moving in. His guys were always courteous, respectful and made sure to let us know what was going on every step of the way. Would definitely reccomend to my friends and coworkers and will be using them in the future if I ever need any more work done.

Don gave a fair price to pull my bath tub and tile a walk in shower. The work was completed in a quick and clean manner. Don and his guys were friendly and efficient! I will definitely call when I'm ready to do more work!

Executive Builders have been great to work with. They built a set of stair off of an existing deck. They are responsive, professional, and truly care about their customers. I have a 73 year old house that certainly showed its age. Don completely modernized it from top to bottom. The kitchen and bathroom look like they are in a brand new house. The other rooms are sparkling new with trendy paint, trim, and finishing touches of beautiful lighting fixtures. I would recommend Don because he kept me regularly updated on the progress of the job and relieved me from all the worries about codes, permits, and inspections.

Executive Builders was recommended by our realtor when we purchased a home in the fall of 2018. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for us. The Master Bathroom required a complete renovation. It had previously contained an oversized garden tub and no shower. Don designed a new shower to fit the bathroom’s dimensions, revised the design to accommodate our wishes, helped select the tile and finishes and was in constant contact with us and the craftsmen to ensure that the job was done right. It came in on budget and is absolutely beautiful. Time and again during the project, Don and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome. I would not hesitate to hire Executive Builders for future projects.

Executive Builders was recommended to us by our realtor, and we sure are glad that we hired Don and Jeremey to do the job! They refinished our 1962 fixer-upper in an timely manner with absolutely beautiful results. New homesite from prairieland to homestead. We had a modular house delivered on site and other than stitching the house together, Executive Builders (EB) did it all! Permits & inspections, foundations (house and garage), electricity, well water, septic, garage building, gutters, grading. Again they do it ALL!

Don was our contractor. A+++ service. Always kept us informed of when crews were coming out. He also kept us informed of inspection results. His attitude of "leave it up to us" was true. Even after the first meeting of describing our plans on the property, he was available for any questions that we had. We had some changes on the fly from the original concept, Don took off with them and made it happen.

To wrap this up, EB & Don are tops. I will and have recommended this team without hesitation.
