I've been in the exterior industry for almost 8 years and excel renovations has been one of the best to work with.
Being a sub contractor for them this is what i can say!

#1 communication on point! (They actually pick up their phones)
#2 they provide all info thats needed to get the job done!
#3 they know what they're doing. They job get the job done right! They take pride in what they're replacing or improving!
#4 they are reliable! What ever they say is what will happen unless something changes, which in that case home owner or installer gets an update. On top of that all their information they provide is detailed and understandable.
#5 the payment is on time! (Very important, means that they actually care for whom ever their working with)

Long story short i highly recommend them on your projects! You won't be disapointed!

We used Excel Renovation to replace our roof, siding and gutters due to damage from a fallen tree. Excel did all the leg work with our insurance company which took at lot of stress off my plate. They were on time, had great communication and had a professional crew onsite for install. Highly recommend using them for your next renovation!

I had storm damage to my roof. Excel inspected and found hail damage to 7 window wraps and my gutters beyond what the insurance inspector originally identified. My house was built in 1932 and I also suspected there were 1/2 to 1 inch gaps between the old 1 x 12 pine roof boards, because I had occasionally found shingles pulled out due to the nails not being sunk into wood. Excel confirmed the building code in my city now requires gaps to be 1/4 inch or less before the work started. They worked with my insurance company to let them know this may be the case. When they tore off the old roof we confirmed there were places where gaps were almost 1 inch. Because Excel prepared insurance for this, they were able to apply new plywood sheeting on my entire roof the same day the work started and insurance paid for all of it.
Since I had someone from Excel coming to install aluminum wrapping on the damaged windows, I also arranged for Excel to wrap the fascia boards around my house. The house is stucco exterior, so the fascia boards were the only thing that required painting. By wrapping those the same as the window frames I do not need to paint anything anymore. Lastly, I also had Excel add gutter screens to the new gutters they installed. They invoiced me separately for this additional work, making it easy for me to pay my portions and insurance to cover theirs.
I would highly recommend Excel to anyone. They did a good job communicating with me and their estimates were detailed and accurate, so there were no surprises when I got the final bill. They did high quality work that looks great.

Excel renovation exceeded our expectations in every way. From the onset of planning stages to final completion, Chase and his team gave us a result that was exactly what we wanted. Every time we had a question or concern Chase responded to us within hours. We asked them to create a new window in a wall of our dining room in our home. It was exactly what we wanted and done well. They were friendly, curteous and very particular about the work they did. They cleaned up behind themselves every time they came to work during the stages of the project that miraculously took only two days. We were so very impressed with the work ethic that was exhibited and the final result. It was all done exacty when they promised it would be. Very professional and extremely easy to work with. We completely remodeled the exterior of our home with Excel: new soffit, fascia, gutters, roof, siding repair, paint, lighting, windows and various interior repairs/updates. I enjoyed working with Excel. My insurance company was being difficult and didn’t want to repair some of the damage from a tree that fell on our garage. I’m grateful Excel was experienced and professional, and was able to communicate the repair clearly. The work was great.

Bruce and his team at Excel replaced the roof, siding and gutters at my mother in law's home. Bruce handled all the calls to the insurance company, sent the bids and answered all questions, explaining each step, keeping us informed of the process.They not only did a great job they were quick and efficient. The site was kept clean each day and at the end of the job we were left with a beautiful home. Bruce is great to work with, answers questions, responds to emails, and phone calls. It was the second time we used Bruce and his team at Excel Renovation. I would highly recommend using Excel. They are local and professional.

Amazing experience with these guys. We had them remodel our garage and make it into a recreational space to use all year. Aside from having great ideas, they were timely, professional, articulate and went above and beyond in just about every way possible. Could not recommend any higher

Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!

Bruce and his crew did an amazing job with my project. A hail storm hit my house and did a great deal of damage. We needed a new roof and gutters. Bruce handled the insurance company and his communication with me was on point. Thanks for the great work . I highly recommend working with these guy.
