After Hurricane Helene left a tree in my house, Vlad and his crew at Ex Contractor came to the rescue. They were very professional and patient. They worked with my insurance company as well with my mortgage company. Vlad made the entire process with both of these companies go so much smoother then I had initially thought possible. They did a wonderful job at restoring my house even better than it was before. Vlad even went above and beyond in sending someone out to get me a quote for tree removal. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them if I need any work done in the future.

Vlad contacted us to install a custom heavy frameless glass shower enclosure in a remodel he was performing. Was easy to work with, excellent communicator, and the project turned out well. When we saw the finished bathroom, top tier! Would recommend calling Vlad for your remodel.

Our 16 year old retaining wall was damaged by shrub roots and needed repair and restuccoing. Vlad was able to do both, and in a timely and efficient manner, despite weather delays. EX Contractor did an excellent job of repairing/replacing hardie board to exterior of my home. They kept me updated on all work in progress and even repaired a shingle that wasn’t secure from a recent reroofing!

During a monster thunderstorm our building began to take in water due to a leaky roof. We contacted EX Contractor that same day. They were quick to respond and provided detailed information on what repairs were needed to fix the problem. The roof was completed in no time, no more leaks in our building! We hired EX Contractor to complete repairs after hail damage. They replaced our roof and damaged siding. Due to the storm we also had a leak in the kitchen. They repaired our ceiling and painted our ceiling. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend them to our friends.

How refreshing.....I called about a problem with my flat porch roof. Vlad Melnichuk came right away and gave me a quote which was a little higher than I anticpated. I was certain, though, that I wanted this company to do my work. The team that replaced my roof was prompt, very professional and left everything clean. While they were here, I had them give me a quote on some interior painting. Dmtry came today. He was euipped with everything he needed(27 foot ladder). He worked all day by himself and completed the job. I am impressed with the quality of the people who work at Excontractor and with the level of expertise, Good quality and fair price!

His quotes are easy to understand and have always been thorough and accurate. His guys always keep site clean. Vlad and his crew have over performed every time we have used them. I had a really tough job, 4 sections of roof, made of 3 different materials. I called almost 20 different contractors and roofers and most would not even come out for a quote when I described the situation. Vlad and crew came out from Spartenburg to Charlotte.
