I know someone who recently purchased a home from this business that has been a total nightmare for them. Dave sold the house to them with appliances that did not function, large cracks in the foundation, roof, and many unfinished aspects of the home. It is clear that he took as many shortcuts as possible to 'flip' this home. Might I also add the clearly cracked piping from the shower that resulted in a large leak on the first floor? For a home that was gutted - this should have been replaced. Avoid this business.
