El servicio en EvinMotors es excelente. Son súper responsables, atentos y puntuales. Cualquier pieza que busques ellos te la encuentran rápido. Cualquier percance o inconveniencia es solucionado rapidamente y con amabilidad. El personal de servicio son todos muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudarte. Los recomendaría 100%.

The only reason we go back is because so far they are the only CanAm dealer on the island. Husband went in with part numbers to order some pieces parts. Ended up only 2 out of 4 were available. Had to go to a secondary site to pick up. Got home and one was wrong. Completely wrong part. Returning it was an ordeal. Then found a couple of tees on markdown to get. Was overcharged (like double) for one because you go to one counter to have everything put on the order and then to the cashier to pay. You don't see the receipt until you are finished. Crazy system. Just hate the experience each time we have gone.

Realmente la atencion que le dan al cliente por lo menos en mi experiencia ha sido buena. Ahora si, compre un jetski en el mes de marzo y lo use dos veces y se daño una pieza electrica que no tengo problema en que se dañe porque se que es electrico y se puede dañar. Solicite cita y me atendieron muy bien. Ahora en lo que no estuve de acuerdo es que la pieza se demoro casi 3 semanas en llegar. Encuentro que no es justo. Yo trabajo en un dealer que tambien se mueven piezas y se que hay maneras de que se reciban piezas un poco mas rapido.
Pero al final de todo estoy agradecido ya que todo quedo bien.

Una mierda de servicio , el personal poco profesional , se ordenaron unas piezas hacen varias semanas , quedaron en llamar y nunca llamaron , temprano en la mañana mi esposo los llama y nos hacen viajar desde bien lejos diciendo que ya estan las piezas , cuando llegamos a la tienda nos dicen que no están . Entonces en que quedamos , nos enviaron a otro local a perder el tiempo . Poco profesionales he irresponsables , nunca estan en sus areas , siempre andan por toda la tienda dando chisme , y tratan a los clientes con mala actitud . No los recomiendo !!!! Mejor compren las piezas por otro lado.

Wonderful customer service, quick to respond to all queries my wife and I had in the process of purchasing our brand new motora. So excited to continue with their service department and possibly another motora in the future!

Brought my jetski for service 10 days ago. A Recall. No one has called me to give me an update. I call and they tell me they will get back to me.but no one ever does. You have to hunt these people down to get answers. Customer service needs to improve . Sometimes I think that they put recalls or warranty jobs on the back shelf and prioritize repairs out of warranty or recalls to make money and collect. Hope I’m wrong. 10 days and waiting. I’m at a point where I’m just going to pick up my jetski and forget about the recall.

The salesman was very attentive and approachable. There are some minor details that could be improved. None of their products are a necessities and therefore making the customer feel excited about what they are buying is key. The process once the sale is closed could improve some. Overall a good experience. All of staff that I had contact with was friendly and helpful. Hope to enjoy my Can Am for a while.

I have been searching for a motorcycle for years now when I got to Evinmotors, the service was not Julio. The seller treated me like a friend not only was he attentive. He was hurtful and recommending. I had never driven a bite before this was my first motorcycle I do have to admit I had driven manual shifters on a car, but he provided confident enough for me to actually feel safe and knowledgeable to take that bike out of the dealer. Heavy motors has great personnel great equipment great prices among all great quality of people.

Muy buena recepción, amables a la hora de hacer una venta te hablan claro con detalle y no sientes que es una necesidad de comprar porque si lo compras es porque te gusta la maquina y el vendedor fue claro y preciso con su explicación del producto y terminas enamorando de lo que compras la verdad el mejor concesionario de motoras que e visitado lo recomiendo.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad. Siempre buscan las mejores ofertas para complacer al cliente. El vendedor David Lugo es muy atento. Explican todo tal cual, servicios, garantias etc

There is no place on your website that indicates that you take 11 days to ship something that was ordered online. There is also no place online that tells me that you will not respond to any messages, email or reaching out through the website. I called a few times and had very unhelpful conversations by front desk folks who slammed the phone repeatedly when asked these questions. It was the single most frustrating experience I have had with seller in a very, very long time. I would warn others to stay away from their online shop

Recibi un buen trato y rapido servicio pero al llegar a mi casa me percate el tapon del aceite estaba suelto espero no tener problemas futuros pero lo informare mañana a primera hora.
