They guided me in selecting the perfect carpet for my home, and the installation process was seamless. The attention to detail was impressive, and they ensured everything was completed to perfection. Plus, they left the space spotless after the installation.

I had Ray and his team at Evershine remodel my kitchen. It was a big job, required a total gut job. It looks beautiful, everything I requested was in the finished product. The work was done quickly, professionally, and they never left me hanging until I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Evershine. You will not be disappointed. This company promised so much. They actually had no written plan and when the final details we needing to be done, abandoned job after getting paid, and have refused to finish the job. We unfortunately will be going to court after I tried numerous times to get them to come back to finish.

One of the worst experiences dealing with Chris and Ray from Evershine. Truly awful at project managing. They hired someone to complete the tile work in my bathroom and it was finished terribly.
Then they rehired someone else to tear it all out and start over. Because of this it seems like they are running out of their own money. We are now 1 month behind schedule and I have no toilet or shower. Now they are holding my money hostage threatening they will not complete my project until I pay the full amount even before the project is complete! Stay away from this com

I could not be more pleased with the renovation of my condominium that I contracted with Evershine Construction. Owner Raymond Kim is friendly, polite, knowledgable, and professional. While he is managing several projects at once, Ray is “hands-on” and visits the site daily. He is completely accessible throughout the project. Christopher So (also on-site daily) is the cabinet person and was unbelievably helpful in making decisions on kitchen cabinets as well as helpful suggestions on bathroom tile and flooring throughout. Their workers are amazing! The work ethic, positivity, and attention to detail show me that this is a well-oiled machine. It was a long process involving demolition, tile, flooring, paint, cabinets, new shower, countertop, appliances, and more. If anything wasn’t perfect, they stayed with it until the job was correct. Customer satisfaction is important to Evershine Construction. Raymond Kim and Christopher So are excellent leaders. They are quick to respond to any concerns, and I’m really happy with the results! Without question, contract these folks with confidence for your next project!
