Evergreen replaced wood posts that had dry rotted, fence railing that had dry rotted, replaced siding, replaced compromised yellow cedar deck boards. I have used them on several emergency projects. ELM caulked and painted the house, installed weather stripping, plumbing repairs, repaired the boiler, and assisted with a variety of projects.
Problems never happen between 9 to 5. This Christmas on the Friday night before Christmas eve, after electricity was down for 14 hours, a pipe broke and spewing water into four separate rooms. It damaged the flooring, insulation, drywall, base boards, cabinetry etc. When I was in a panic they came and were instrumental to resolving the matter.
