Lorsung Construction and crew did an incredible repair job after a major flood involving our basement. Very fair pricing on labor and material, and did an fantastic job on the sheetrock repair texture and painting. Perfect match. I am a perfectionist and this job surpassed my highest expectations. The attention to detail in all aspects of the project was very good. The owner is trustworthy and has great knowledge with many years of experience. I totally trust he and his crew, they were a joy to work with. They were polite, kept me in the loop and were fast and efficient!

We hired Jimmy to inspect a house on Orcas that we were looking at. Before, during, and after he was great at communicating with us, explaining the process and answering questions about the inspection.
The report itself was returned to us quickly and was very well done, full of photos as well as some video of the various parts of the house and property, including many little things we wouldn't have considered to inspect ourselves.
All in all it was a great expericence and we would definitely recommend Jimmy Lorsung.

I recently shadowed Jimmy during his inspection of a home near Eastsound. He took time to point out matters, both favorable and problematic, as we moved through the home. With a background in construction Jimmy is familiar with all aspects of home inspection, from crawl space to roof. His detailed report came the following day.

Jim was a pleasure to work with for our our home pre-inspection. I especially appreciated his report with photos and video along with his written descriptions. Being able to refer back to all of that has been so helpful in getting problem areas addressed and being able to thoroughly explain what is needed to contractors, etc.
