Lorsung Construction and crew did an incredible repair job after a major flood involving our basement. Very fair pricing on labor and material, and did an fantastic job on the sheetrock repair texture and painting. Perfect match. I am a perfectionist and this job surpassed my highest expectations. The attention to detail in all aspects of the project was very good. The owner is trustworthy and has great knowledge with many years of experience. I totally trust he and his crew, they were a joy to work with. They were polite, kept me in the loop and were fast and efficient!
Jimmy and his team are always responsive, timely and professional. Owning a property management company myself, I have worked with Jimmy and his team for years on a wide variety of projects. He has responded on the weekend on more than one occasion to fix/help with emergency repairs. Can’t recommend enough.
We hired Jimmy to inspect a house on Orcas that we were looking at. Before, during, and after he was great at communicating with us, explaining the process and answering questions about the inspection.
The report itself was returned to us quickly and was very well done, full of photos as well as some video of the various parts of the house and property, including many little things we wouldn't have considered to inspect ourselves.
All in all it was a great expericence and we would definitely recommend Jimmy Lorsung.
