Top notch! We were purchasing an older home that the Unscrupulous listing agent had stated was "completely remodeled & updated". Uh no, this house was lipstick on a pig, but turns out she has great bones. Thanks to Mike & his wife, we discovered the home needed to be completely rewired, plumbed, hot water tank fixed & the basement moisture issues needed to be fixed immediately as well as minor roof repairs. We renegotiated the contract & the sellers agreed to repairs to the tune of about 50k. Some people consider themselves "home flippers". Lol, NOT! Thank goodness for Evergreen's thorough & uncompromising assessment & report. Highly recommend!

Thorough and very detailed. Easy to book, report was given within 24 hours after inspection, very professional. 56 pages, lol ! I have faith this was done well and would hire again if needed.

I had the occasion to use the services of Mr. & Mrs. Green on two separate occasions in my quest to purchase a home. Polite, responsive and extremely thorough in their inspections. The first property they inspected revealed numerous safety issues, i.e. a cracked and leaking iron sewage discharge pipe on 1 of 2 crawl spaces; an improperly mounted electrical panel with the wrong lid, as well as numerous safety issues; a metal roof that had been patched but was out of the publics eye, and other issues. The Green's report enabled me to make an informed decision to reject this house and save an additional 20 to even 50k to make it livable. Impressed by their report, their thorough inspection and immediate response to answer questions, I hired them a 2nd time to inspect the house I have placed a contract on and will be purchasing. Yet a smaller house, their inspection was just as thorough and detailed. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and i would suggest that even an seasoned pro homebuyer use them. You will be so glad you did.

My inspection appointment was scheduled pretty quickly with no hassle. Mike and his wife showed up on time, told us how long it would take and nailed that right on the head. They were super friendly and such a cute couple. After the inspection he talked everything over with me, promised me the report that evening and delivered on that promise. 10/10 would recommend.

Evergreen Home Inspection performed a home inspection of a house on which we made an offer to purchase. This was a general inspection and testing for radon.

They were thorough and professional. They found things of concern and documented items with photographs including drone photos of the roof. They accommodated a quick response on a holiday weekend as we were purchasing from out of state and had a short time to be in town.

Mike’s report is far superior in my estimation, and his charges more reasonable. The report I received came in good time and is a thorough, organized, meticulous, and objective listing of facts and substantive observations coupled with opinion based on experience and good knowledge. My report, in my opinion, reads as a fair accounting of the current condition of the house with regard for facts and without regard for either buyer or seller.
