The Milton team designed and build a detached 2 car garage for me. They made sure the siding and brick work matched the existing home for a beautiful flow.

Todd, Domenic, and their team did a great job with our house remodel. They finished ahead of schedule even though we had some change orders that added to the complexity. The interior designer they work with, Emily, is also outstanding and together with Milton turned our small outdated 1970's house into a modern, open, and much more functional home. Next work we need done, they will be the only ones we call.

Milton Construction replaced our worn front steps and back deck and did an outstanding job. Milton Construction took apart our old, sun-dried deck and replaced it with an awesome new one! They are extremely reliable and we will already have them lined up to come out and help with more home repairs! Definitely recommend.

Todd and his crew were excellent to work with and very professional. Our old front stoop was in poor condition and we hired Milton to remove and rebuild a new wood front porch. While this may have been a smaller project for Milton we feel that they gave us the attention and treatment as if we were their only project. We highly recommend Milton Construction.

If there were more stars to give Todd and his crew I would. They took what I saw in my head and built it way better than I had envisioned. They built an addition onto the house, attaching via a pocket door, the super pantry/closet with re-enforced shelves of my dreams, a new roof and a large, screened-in porch. Todd's team are excellent craftsmen who take pride in what they do. They build to last. They did what they said and then some and finished when they said. Todd even sent a cleaning crew when they were finished. I will definetly be calling on them for our next project.

I went to Todd with a house plan that I literally drew on a piece of paper. Basically I asked, this is what I want, can it be built? He made it happen. I was living in CT at the time and he often met me on Saturday mornings to go over all the details. First we painstakingly went through the design, room by room, doors, windows, roof lines, etc. Then he took the time to methodically price out everything on different levels. He listed every bell and whistle I wanted; then ways to save money so that I could have some of the bells and whistles; and yet a third way of how to get close to those bells and whistles. In the end it was crystal clear what would work best for me and my budget. Our contract had a timeline as to when things would begin, the sequence of the building process and how long each stage would take, it was spot-on! I was very decisive as to what I wanted, I didn’t deviate from our original plans and in the end, the budget he presented in our contract was accurate. I wasn’t available on a daily basis but communication was always open. The details I wanted (kitchen and living room shelves, hardwood floors, pantry barn door, screened in porch, walk-in master shower…) they made it all happen. The attention to detail was spectacular! The Milton Construction crew and all his contractors were polite, hardworking, professional and meticulous. I highly recommend Milton Construction. I’m very grateful for all their hard work because I now have a beautiful farmhouse, that I call home.

These guys do a great job! No other way to say it. They're professional, courteous, and really know their stuff. The best part is that they don't take 4 hours to do something that takes 2! I would recommend them to anyone.

It was my good luck to have Milton Construction Company, LLC, add a family room to my house a few years ago. It matches the rest of my house so well that it looks like it was part of the original house built 26 years earlier. They found and used the original brick. They also blended the new wooden flooring into the existing flooring. The roof line blends perfectly into the existing roof, and there is no leaking. I enjoy the quality every day. You may get a less expensive quote from another company, but if you want to get quality that you can appreciate year after year, go with Todd Milton and his great workers!

I like to take any and all opportunites to sing the praises of Milton Construction. The quality and workmanship of both Tod and his employees are outstanding. The whole time our house was being built Tod stayed in touch with us. We received up dates daily via e mails. So we could see firsthand how things were progressing. The construction of our beautiful home was finished on time even though weather posed a problem at times.
