I just had my roof done last Thursday the crew that did my roof did an outstanding job. I highly recommend euro tech

They did a great job for us today. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up. My door and storm looks great !

We had Euro-Tech install entry doors on our Condo. The installation by Steve was purely professional. Hard wood floors were protected with canvas cloth to insure that they would not get damaged. Steve meticulously removed door casings without damage. Upon completion there was no evidence that doors had been replaced except for the beautiful new look.

Got two sliding glass doors installed! The whole process was great! AND the install team was polite, fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves! I will be getting windows from them also in the next few years :)

We had a wonderful experience with Euro-Tech installing our new beautiful bow window. The sales rep Jaydin was extremely informative and very pleasant. He called shortly after the window was installed and asked if everything went ok and what we thought of the window. Bart and his crew were very efficient and fast installing the window. They cleaned up any mess they made. Kurt stopped in to check to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We do not have any complaints.

We love our new windows. It's so nice to have windows that open (old ones were broken). The team was in and out in less than a day; they cleaned up after themselves; all of our windows were installed beautifully.

The crew was well organized and did a GREAT job. I would recommend them for any roofing. They cleaned up everything I had some planters out they even removed the nails from the planters. They were finished including the cleanup by 3 PM

Shelly and Tony are absolutely great to work with and their product and product knowledge, are 2nd to NO ONE. If you are looking for windows, doors, gutters and any other home improvements, look and go no further as they're the BEST. Promise!!!

Well to start with the salesman totally lied to us about the windows operations. He gave us 3 different prices. example one good for that day and a month then a year we signed that day for the lowest price then latter we find out he gave us the year price and we lost 7000 dollars just like that. Then when I was inquiring about the windows I find out he quit then comes instalation only 2 guys worked on it took them 4 days. I don't even want to get into the screens parts because that was and still a problem we are dealing with. I even had 3 people asking who did them and i would not recommend euro tec at all.

The installation of our new windows went very smooth. The installers were very skilled and took care of moving our furniture as needed. They also cleaned up after they were finished. We are very happy with them and also love the windows.

My windows and doors were put in 15 months ago. They did a Great Job .About one month ago one window had some ice forming in between the Glass So I called Euro tech and sent some pictures in to them.They called back the very next day to let me know that it's under warranty and would call when gets a little warmer out .I would really like to Thank Jen for fast response to my needs. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thier Customer service is the Best

My Door Technician Bart came at the scheduled time and was very quick and efficient with installing my new door. Cleaned up all the mess they made and disposed of all the old wood frames and doors that were replaced. Will definitely do business with this company again. I would recommend me this to anybody needed this kind of service

The crew that worked on our windows did a very professional job. They wore fast and efficient. The put back curtains or blinds that you had hanging up. I recommend them highly.

Group of professionals came and installed windows the same day. A team member came later throughout the day to explain the windows functionality. The entire process with euro-tech was easy and informative.

Shelly is a wonderful consultant/rep. I've had, shall we say, less than charming folks to deal with at Eurotech. I was a bit hesitant to ask for parts (again). Shelly was more than accomodating. She also scheduled Arturo to come out to check each window (over 30) and EXPLAIN TO ME how it all worked. There was a fee, but it was money well spent. I would call her fir helo in a second. Installers were honest and showed me their work every step of the way. After installation, they even had a team member check in to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if anything else was needed. I have had bad experiences with certain companies in the past. I’m happy to say I will keep using them for future projects.

Shelly in customer service has been a dream come true. She has helped me multiple times. She has been very helpful and courteous and patient with myself.

The sales team responded promptly to my initial contact and answered all questions expertly and without puff. They provided samples of both siding and windows which allowed me to make informed decisions. The contract price was more than competitive in comparison to three other vendors. The window installers (Bart and his team) suggested and measured the windows from the studs instead of from the original window frame. This allowed for a larger replacement window than the other contractors suggested. The other vendors did not even mention it even though they also knew the cedar siding would be replaced also. It took less than three days to replace the approximately twenty windows and sliding door. Bart and his team coordinated the window installation with the siding crew and was expertly done in an efficient and clean manner, without leaving the house exposed to the elements. The siding installers (Mike and Jerry) were true artisans in that they repaired rotted areas and hid the cable installer’s exposed cables. Mike and Jerry even went to a different supplier to obtain the matching aluminum (gutters and spouts done prior year) to cover the facia, sliding door and windows. Both crews were patient to answer the many questions I had and most importantly cleaned up after themselves daily (Bart even vacuumed inside). Euro-Tech will be doing the front door next spring, for sure!

I was very impressed with the salesmen and the workers installing my windows. They all did an excellent job. I would recommend Eurotech to anyone.

A little expensive, but the lifetime warranty sold me, that and the 1 year 0% interest. The installation team did a great job and both the sales guy and the follow-up guy both were engaging and helpful in an evaluation of the needs of the property and how to address them in a cost effective way.

We just had our windows put in the 3 guys did an excellent job .they where very professional they explained everything that they were doing.

Outstanding in every aspect from the salesman to the completion of work. The salesman knew what he was selling and relayed the information perfectly. The windows were measured 2 more times after the initial sales call to insure precise fit. The installers showed up on time on the day of installation after I was alerted by a phone call that informed me of the upcoming day for installation. The installers did an outstanding job preparing and cleaning as they put in the new windows. The install itself went very well, and was done in minimal time. Before the install was completed the Euro Tech representative stopped by to check on the project, and to insure that I approved of the work. I had 9 windows replaced this project, and after this experience; I have decided to go ahead, and complete the project, and have the final 8 windows, and a sliding glass door replaced in a few months from now.

I called Euro-tech for an estimate to replace my roof. A salesman came out and he was very nice and gave me an estimate of $13000 which included a complete tear off and any plywood that needed to be replaced. They came out and after they tore off my roof a woman from there office called me. She said it will cost $25000 to repair my roof. I said I have a $13000 written estimate and she said it was more work than they thought. I said no I will pay $13000. Then someone named Fred called me and told me he was the owner. I said $25000 is unacceptable and I wouldn’t have said yes to replace it if the estimate was $25000. He threatened to pull his men off the job and leave me without a roof . This was November so I really had no choice. They completed the roof and I had to get someone else to replace fascia that they damaged. Also they damaged my gutters which were only a couple years old and let them full of old roofing they tore off. I also had to pay someone else to clean and fix my gutters. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to deal with and dishonest and questionable work!

Poor customer service. Set an appointment for them to give me a quote and the salesman never showed up. Called the company and they could get ahold of the salesman. No Show on a set appointment and screw up my night, no second chance. Don’t waste your time with this company. Read all the real reviews. They are true.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this company. We are returning customers and our second experience left me wondering why we didn’t choose Pella the second time. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone searching for window replacements. Poor communication (including the owner screaming at us) resulted in over 14 month’s time (from the first installation day) to complete window install in our home. This included incorrect colors and sizes of several windows in my home.

I want to start this review by saying I initially had 3 different companies come out for a quote to replace 13 windows. Euro Tech was the last of the 3 to come out. I spoke with one of their associates, then Adam came and he sold the deal. He was thorough, informative, patient, and very knowledgeable when it came to explaining why their windows were better than the competition and what makes them stand apart. The presentation, once Adam came, only took about 20 minutes before I was sold and decided to move forward with Euro Tech.

The installation was lead by Bart. He came by a few weeks before the installation and did all the measurements again to make sure everything was correct. The day of the installation had rain in the forecast, but they came and did the entire job minus the outside and finished it before the rain started. They came back a few days later and finished the outside. Everything was sealed, foamed, and caulked before they left the first day, so there were no worries about any rain or moisture getting inside before they would come back and finish outside. Bart and his crew worked tirelessly and finished the job with no breaks.

They cleaned up both days and left nothing behind from their work. I’m blown away at the quality of their work and how quickly it was done! I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and our house already maintains a steady temp and the windows look absolutely amazing.

I’m somewhat of a perfectionist and I can say that their work is flawless. I’m writing this long review because I want the public to know that this company is the real deal and they do amazing work.

We have them coming back sometime to replace our door as well because of how well they did the windows. I recommend Euro Tech for your next window job. Try to get Adam to come out to do the presentation, and Bart to do the installation! Both are great guys and easy to talk to.

When I noticed the seal had broken on my sliding glass door, I sent pictures through email to the service department at Euro-Tech.
The next day I received an email back from Shelly that she had already submitted the pictures to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. Absolutely stellar service.
We then scheduled the replacement for warmer weather and that replacement is now complete.
The labor cost to replace seems a bit high but that isn't the service departments fault as I assume those costs are set by management.

They did a great job! Very fast, efficient and polite. Windows are amazing and done to perfection, definitely will do the rest of my windows and doors from them.

Newest update is that we had a window break (our fault) . They replaced the window in a VERY timely manner and we have the new window in place before the holidays.
