Big Rock Supply

I purchased my first Big Bear Dispenser a few years ago and honestly did not think it would last very long. It has been thrown in my truck, on a trailer, slid around the shop, dropped and torture tested in real life work conditions....I just purchased 2 more because we have added another truck to the company!

Excellent. Everything I needed to mount my solar panels. Easy S5 System and Rib III mounts were perfect. It was a 1 man job.

Ordered some Roof Top Blox the processes was quick the website had all the information need for a quick decision.

I placed an order through Big Rock Supply and selected 3 day shipping service. I recieved a Reciept fro the transaction and then an email letting me know that my order was being processed and would ship "ASAP". After 3 days I hadn't recieved my order or any other communication regarding it's status. I emailed to learn the status of the order and was told that the manufacturer was behind in production and it would take a few days for it to ship. I canceled the order since I needed the product this week not next. Usually companies have let me know when a product will not be shipping for a while, I would thing especially whan the customer pays for expedited shipping of some sort. Big Rock should communicate when a product is not imidiatly available, not just assume it will be okay with the custoer to wait a week.

My brother had the product I just bought from you guys.. Looks like he loves it. So if he loves it. I probably will too. Everybody deserves great reviews. So here's one for ya! Let's make the world a better place one good review at a time.
