I called six different roofing companies trying to get work done and of the six, Estes was the only one that called me back and they showed up that evening and fixed the problem.

I am in need of a roof repair due to leaks. I contacted Jared Estes via email and phone calls to set up a time for an appointment to get an estimate. He never came when he said he would and I have yet to get my roof evaluated and it is currently raining... His other reviews looked very good which is why I contacted Estes in the first place, but I have yet to see him.

EDIT: Jared did later come out to give me an estimate. While he was hear he did a quick fix to my roof for free so that it would not leak anymore and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. He then returned when he said he would, fixed the roof, and stuck with his estimate. Other than the missed appointments early on, I was exceedingly pleased with the work Jared and his crew did.

Estes Roofing & More was professional, on time and he stuck to his estimate. My roof and the siding they replaced look great. Mr. Estes and his crew did quality work and left absolutely no mess when they were done. I was out of town for some of the work and without me even asking Mr. Estes e-mailed me pictures of the progress. Throughout the project he was easy to reach and responded to e-mails quickly. They made sure I was satisfied with the results. I will use them again and have no reservations recommending them.
