Esteban Renovations painted my living room, dining room, and bath. Our house is old (1937), and we had quite a bit of damage in the paster walls. I was also concerned our damaged woodwork and windows. The painters repaired the walls and windows, primed everything, and applied two coats of paints. The results are outstanding. Cleanup was spotless. Furthermore, Esteban came to inspect the work the day after the work was finished to make certain everything was tip top. I enthusiastically endorse their work.

I have used Esteban Contracting for many years... various jobs including roofing work and removing large exhaust fan. He does excellent work, and shows up on time every time. A pleasure to work with.

I had Esteban and his team came out to my condo to do a closet expansion. This included some demo, drywall work, painting, flooring, lighting, etc. The price breakdown was very clear and sensible. They took great care of my home while working and cleaned up everything before they left. There was great attention to detail and I'm very pleased with both the efficiency and quality of work. Esteban's work was of the highest quality. The crew was efficient, effective, on time, responsive, and talented. As the proficiency of his team was quickly in evidence, we added 3 other projects with terrific results. The crew removed and installed roof materials on our house, 2 gazebos, and a third exterior 14' x14' hut, pointing, repairing brick work, power washing and staining the railings and walls of our pool deck. They scraped, primed and painted eaves. Installed shutters to the house, secured pavers, relocated electrical, ground wire swimming pool pump and filter. All work was done with precision including clean up every day they were here.

Esteban Contracting has completed three projects for us. We have been extremely satisfied with their efforts on all of them. Esteban's team does good quality work. They are polite, careful, and very thorough. I'm sure we'll use them again.

Esteban General Contracting has been amazing to work with. We have utilized the firm for a bathroom remodel, conversion from a screened in porch to an office and extensive tile work in our kitchen. We only have good words for the work of Esteban and his crew. They repair our garage roof after storm damage - basically they installed a new roof on record time and for the price of their estimate. We invited them back to remodel 2 bathrooms with contemporary glass features. They again had a sterling performance. They have a great work ethics / very competent and professional work, great attention to detail and a refreshing “can do” attitude! They deliver on time and on budget. We plan to use their services again whenever we need. Top notch company!

We live in a 1922 home with inbuilt gutters, and Esteban and his team did a fabulous job of replacing the copper lips. They were punctual, a pleasure to work with and unbelievably did it on 100+F days.
