We had ESHI renovate our new home in Portsmouth. We were not living in Rhode Island while all the work was going on, so we trusted them to take care of the house.

Our project started out with a simple scope but ended up ballooning due to pervasive water damage in our home. The ESHI team was ready to help us deal with all of it, and they were extremely considerate of the difficult circumstances. Despite the massive increase in work, they managed to finish everything before our first trip up for the summer.

The quality of the work was excellent. Our new kitchen, new bathroom, new exterior, new windows and doors all looked great. They handled the details as well, from installing new doorknobs for us to adding shoe moulding for all of the floors.

It was a pleasure working with their team in the office as well as meeting their crew when we went up to see the house. They take pride in the quality of their work and were readily available by email or phone call whenever we needed to contact them.

I will definitely contact ESHI again for any future projects on my home.

I was referred to ESHI Builders when I had to terminate my original home builder for breach of contract. From the minute I made contact, the experience was unrivaled. Dwayne reached out to me to give me updates daily as we were completing the scope of work. Heidi was assigned as the project manager and her communication, customer service and interior design consulting was incredible! This team pulled off miracles in a very short timeline! Every trade person that was assigned to our house by ESHI was highly skilled. I love my beautiful new home and ESHI has earned a customer for life! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!!!
