I can’t recommend Coastal Construction Management enough. Iain and his team are true professionals. They are reliable and super easy to work with. They delivered high quality work. Whether it’s a small job or a full on project, they handle it like pros. Iain’s great with communication too.

We decided to water proof and transform our basement into a functional living space, add a sunroom to the back of the house, and replace the roof.

I am pleased to share our experience on behalf of my parents. Conveying their ideas has been challenging, especially as they are older and finding it difficult to communicate what they want. Living in an older home in Newport, like many of them, we needed new windows, siding, trim work, our front porch redone, roofing repairs, and what ended up being an almost complete interior gut and redesign.

He not only made everything go smoothly but removed all renovation stresses. Each day we watched their friendly crew show up to work with smiles on their faces. I genuinely have never seen such happy and talented craftsmen. This really showed they love their jobs. Their work is nothing short of perfect, Minimal debris was left behind, and the final product exceeded our expectations. Our home is now not only livable but it's absolutely beautiful.
